We have firsthand information of the daycares in both cities. We were initially worried about the quality of daycares in a small university town. We visited several daycares in West Lafayette and ended up choosing Burgett's. We are happy with our decision. Burgett's has exceeded our expectations in all aspects, from the attentiveness of faculty to the effectiveness of communication between administration. For example, the swimming lessons in the day care has helped my son greatly. He only attended Burgett's for two years and recently started to swim independently in just about three visits in a standard pool. I couldn't believe how easy it was for him. I knew that it's the swim lessons from Burgett's that helped him.

We visited the Neil Armstrong statue in front of the physics building. Then we walked around the campus eventually ending up in the student union. The beautiful campus was alive with students walking to class and cherry blossom plants blooming in the spring. In the student union we saw the Edgar Degas statue collection, several art galleries, and the magnificent architecture. If you're looking for a nice place to spend a spring afternoon, Purdue University is a great place to do it.

The campus is pretty big and many buildings to honor alumnus, who had great efforts, and achievements throughout their lives. The food court was in the basement and omg so many good options to choose from. I completed my masters online and I wish I could of been on actual campus it is that beautiful! The food court reminds you of a mall with so many options to choose from. It also has a bowling alley for students and visitors, which I thought was very unique. The hotel they have on the Campus is just amazing! It's very clean and very good customer service. Not only their academic preparation, but their social/emotional learning was helped so much by their great teachers. And we found a great community here for our whole family.
