However, when I receive end her report she gave information that should remain in her private notes instead of on line, especially involving another individual that is not her patient. this is unprofessional and was completely unnecessary. When I ask her supervisor to remove this information he said he understood and would remove it from the online report. it has been six days and has not been removed. I do not recommend this provider. Also went into detail that if I don't fix my sleep apnea soon my brain will be "shot" in the future. I proceed to ask if he can refer me to an ENT and responds that he doesn't know any. Also mentions that I "hit the lottery with health issues." No bedside manner no sympathy and never asked any details about my migraines. Telling a 21 year old girl that my brain is "screwed" with no direction of what I should do.

I was told by the receptionist that the providers would not see each other's patients. I said that "I didn't have a good experience with Sara Schaefer though." The receptionist told me "in that case, you'll need to go to a different clinic." So I guess there's no room for listening to patient experiences at this clinic.

We got stuck at lights on the way there even with starting out with enough time to be on time. Because we were 3minutes after the late time they were going to try and get me in. Then the receptionist said we had to reschedule because I had to use the bathroom!!! All because that physician wanted to get home at 5pm she didn't even have any other patients and could have at least used the time we had to help me. I understand a late policy, though what about the things you can't control? I mean seriously? I have been dealing with this alone for so long maybe I should just keep it that way. They treated me like my concerns mean nothing. Are they willing to fix it or just let patients suffer?

The staff has been excellent with me from scheduling to taking my vitals and even drawing blood which is not easy for me to do. I have been under the care of Doctors Reichert, Weixelman, Lowler, and now PA-C Kira Miklos. All have been outstanding and have seen me through broken bones, cancer surgery, back problems, Diabetes, and other difficulties. They have provided the very best care for me even during my last four years of my 28!year military career. I am 68 and I can honestly say Miramont has given me the best care I have ever received. From scheduling to blood work to vitals to referrals and recovery, Miramont has aided me in living my best life. They are the best and I am very pleased that I am in their care.

They have been accepting my payments for 3 months and suddenly its not enough? Great care, horrible billing department; be prepared to have the unpaid balance sent to collection.

This was my 1st visit to any ER, hospital, or surgery center ever. I was so nervous. The staff…read morethere was so amazing! They went over the procedure, and answered any questions I had. The pre-op nurse was very caring letting me know I was in great hands and to not be nervous. Easier said than done.. my hands were sweaty I was so nervous. Finally I was in the operating room and the surgery nurse (Who I wish I could remember her name) was super sweet and caring! She literally talked to me the whole time through the procedure saying I was doing great and hold in there we are almost done. And at 29 years old, she offered to hold my hand. What a nurse! Highly recommend if you have a surgery and going there is an option, go!
