It was difficult for us to explain the process to our son as a first-time homebuyer. We do not live in the same town as he so it became challenging to walk him through the process. We came across a few questions and concerns, however, Omega was always available and was incredibly patient. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed her. She found us a home and was available every step of the way without hesitation. We will forever be grateful to her. Our son's first home is wonderful. The entire process was amazing. Not only did they show a genuine interest in the house, Justin listen to the backstory on it, asked in depth questions, and explained the process as it is done in the respective field of similar businesses, and then how they do business. He offered to review any offers or contracts from other companies even if we did not sell to them. Due to legal issues trying the house up, we had to let them move on to other clients due to time constraints. If you have questions, not sure how the process works, want a smooth and stress free experience...we can not recommend Meteoplex Homebuyers any more than this. Let me start by saying Cindy is +5 stars in many ways! This is by far the best realtor we have ever…read moreworked with. This review is long overdue because we were busy in our new home we bought mid 2020. We came from out of state, in the start of a pandemic, and Cindy made sure we used our time efficently, we focused on what we wanted/needed and looked out for us in so many aspects. (I wrote a lot more but Yelp remided me there is a limit on how much you can write, so here's a summary): 1. Orientation/First impression Met Cindy by googleing DFW real estate (her website is www.dfwmoves.com) and I immediately liked her website. Well organized, you can search by many options, etc. Signed up Saturday evening and Sunday morning I received a call from Cindy. She is so customer oriented that I felt she was a friend from that first call. 2. House searching process While we were out of state and in the start of a pandemic, Cindy made sure she answered all our questions. She will send new homes coming in the market, will answer questions about the ones we liked on her website and she explained the diffferent neighborhoods, and provided resources to look for more info about school districts, etc. 3. House hunting We finally came to the area at the end of April on a Friday night (with covid restrictions we knew it was going to be hard but not impossible). Cindy met with us that Saturday morning and she came well prepared with the list of houses we will be looking at. She reviewed with us again what's important for us, met our kids and made them feel super engaged during the whole house hunting and showings. And off we went...she was driving her car and we drove ours... we were connected by handsfree phone call all the time driving through neighborhoods and before we went to the very first house, she drove us around through downtown, schools, neighborhoods, and in between showings we will do this again. A personalized tour! We saw about 30 houses in that weekend up to Monday morning. Every next morning she will asked what we thought, which ones were our top, etc. Wow! And no stress at all! 4. Deciding on a home Cindy makes sure that your feet are on the ground (in a good sense). She takes you to see many options but she does a "process check" with you to remind you what your priorities were and what your pricing range was (if you start asking to look at houses out your original price range...she took us anyway to the see them, but I feel she was looking out for our interests and not for a simple commission. She made sure our feet were grounded and reminded us of those things we talked about when we started searching, so we didn't let our emotions deviate us easily and we could buy a forever home with the head and heart and not just our emotions. Thank you Cindy! Keep reading to see how we found our home! 5. The home buying process (offer, closing and anything in between (a.k.a. Negotiations) Why I recommend Cindy so much? Because of all of above, and this point: she will look out for you at all times. She is not there just for a commission, she is there for you! We finally decided on a house, OMG, on our way to the airport, I looked at Zillow one more time and found out a house that had just been posted 4 minutes ago! It said "coming soon" in 3 days. And I texted Cindy and within the next 30 minutes we were seeing that house. We almost missed our flight because our flight (out of DFW) was leaving at 7pm and this was us at 4:45pm finding the house of our dreams (lake front and all!, what a luck/blessing!). Cindy is so diligent that she made that showing happened (she immediately called the seller's agent and coordinated for us to see the house at 5:15), we only had about 15 mins to see it but we've seen a similar layout in the same neighborhood and as soon as we got in the house and then saw the backyard, we fell in love and it was right on our price range. Cindy was so good that she drove to the airport with us so when we dropped off the rental car she could take us to the terminal and didn't miss our flight. FULL DIAMOND SERVICE! Yes, we stretched it a bit and those last minutes were stressful (running to TSA, to the gate, my husband missed his flight because he forgot to check in, but thanks goodness he did because the next day he was able to see the house again and meet with a contractor to start quoting on some remodel we wanted)....Anyways, you got the point: Cindy will represent you! She submitted our offer that night and the rest is history, we got the house! In between offer accepted and closing, there were many items like inspection, negotiations, etc, and Cindy was A+ all the way. She is available all the time. Summary: You will never ever regret working with Cindy! She is the BEST! Thank you Cindy! You Rock!!! You helped made our dream come true! We now live in our Forever Home that we love!!!

We closed on our new home and I wanted to share some of the details of our selling and building…read moreprocess, and the AMAZING job that Leslie and her team at Astra Realty did for us. First, Leslie worked with us as we shopped for a builder, and was instrumental in us getting additional discounts, design center dollars, and competitive financing. Leslie knew all of the right questions to ask, and wasn't hesitant to stand up for us, her clients. Second, we put our existing home on the market in March of this year, which turned out to be a terrible time to sell--existing home sales in our area were down by as much as 40% from 2018. Leslie arranged for us to work with a staging and organization expert (think "Kondo method" on steroids--if it doesn't bring you joy, get rid of it!). She hooked us up with a fantastic paint crew, cleaners, flooring people, and staging experts. Leslie and team worked tirelessly and with incredible patience and empathy to hold open house sessions, to keep our info current in Zillow and other listings, and pushed out our info to local realtor and social media sites constantly. More important, Leslie handled two VERY nervous clients, made herself available to seemingly hundreds of questions, and always knew the right thing to say when we needed a little confidence boost. Leslie and team worked with us all the way through closing on our existing home. Her work helped identify the perfect buyers, and she did everything from coordinating inspections and work on the home, to doing everything to make the sale of our existing home as painless and perfect as it could be. Last minute hiccups, changes, re-scheduling issues, unusual questions from the buyer and from us, Leslie NEVER lost stride. The level of confidence we had in her and in Astra can't be understated, Leslie maintained calm in the middle of any storm, treated everyone professionally and with a personal touch, and somehow managed to keep seemingly hundreds of details straight and never missed a beat. We closed on our new home, using movers and cleaners that Leslie and team lined up. The closing was perfect, Astra's extra efforts before closing made it quick and easy, and we had a level of comfort that we'd never have expected because every "i" had been dotted, and every "t" had been crossed by their team. At our closing, Leslie gave us a very personalized housewarming gift and said that she was truly grateful for having had the opportunity to "go on this journey with you." And that's really what it was for us. Without her guidance, expertise, strong negotiation skills, and true empathy and caring for her "client family," there's no way we would have survived the process. We are so very grateful that Leslie and team were in our corner! If you're a first-time buyer, or buying your fifth home, PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and talk to Leslie and Astra. In return, you'll get an amazing team who is more concerned with you finding your dream home and having a wonderful experience than with collecting a commission check. Thank you Leslie for everything!
