This company was picked by my broker (ShipWit) to ship my Audi Q8 from TX to CA. I was very hesitent at first as there were no public reviews on this company and their address showed a house address (yikes!). However, ShipWit reassured that they are legitimate so I went with it after verifying their DOT and insurance info. HB Car Carrier is a small family-like business. Things were rocky at first with lack of communication, delayed pickup, etc. but after getting in touch with the driver, things were resolved instantly and amicably. The driver, Hector, did a FaceTime during pickup and was very communicative throughout, all the way until the drop off. His service was great and more importantly, the car arrived safe and sound! Absolutely the worst of the worst!!! Please do yourself a favor and never ever ship anything with these idiots. They did thousands of dollars of damage to my car and they were a week late with delivery. They never answer calls and none of their voicemails are setup.
