They have multiple section-offed areas for children to just lounge on over-sized stuffed animals and read - it's all absolutely darling. But the best part was the shelf at the very entrance of the store full of free first-print unedited copies of brand new books. Yes, free first editions the public is encouraged to produce early reviews for! It's a bookworm's dream.

They had ran out of the soy I wanted for my dirty chai latte (chai with a shot of espresso), but the barista was super nice about it. Overall, a good local place with strong espresso. It also was the closest place to the Ramkota Hotel with espresso drinks. The inside decor is beautiful and it is spacious. A small dirty chai costs about $4. An excellent place to stop while in Pierre or after viewing some of the Governor statues.
