Somehow, a simple fries wasn't able to be delivered in 50 min and the guy in the kitchen freaked out when the cashier have told him about this delay. I'm actually not that sure about hygiene, either. But it's still one of the most popular places for "kokorec"-beer pair, if your expectations are not that high.
