We had only had our Samsung for two years, but the control board was damaged. He informed us that it was a fault in the design as it lacked a filter to protect it from loud noises and heat. My immediate family has used Christian-Sells for two funerals within the past 15 years. Both times,…read morewe were absolutely satisfied with the level of care, attention to detail, and compassion that this group puts into beautiful services. Our most recent visit was for my grandmother, who valued having everything planned and paid off (in cash) before she passed to make things easier on the family that she was leaving. The team worked with her and us to ensure that she had all the things her way and that she slept with peace knowing her debts were paid before her crossover. The family was included and informed in every step of the process, no matter what it concerned. I know my distant relatives have used the company and will continue to do so. I am not residentially local, but for anyone in this area looking for a smooth, seamless, and special experience, this is the place to be. Would absolutely recommend over and over.

I, now, know what renting a piece of #$%& is like, because -- We just had a GREAT experience at…read moreSmokies Rental & Sales!!! Seriously, our last rental (via a place over in Kingsport) was horrible: THAT one was also a 36" trencher -- same manufacturer and same model; however, the machine, itself, was not well-maintained, at all, with it frequently bogging down and unable to cut even a 24" trench without struggling. This latest rental from Smokies Rental & Sales purred like a kitten and, yet, had plenty of throttle-up power ... I knocked out 110' of trenching -- various spurs from our main water line -- in well under an hour! And, no issues, whatsoever! If you're renting anywhere in/around the Surgoinsville area, this is a must stop for you! And, they offer FREE rental delivery within Hawkins County!

I'm a big believer in "Supporting Local Business." When in comes to equipment needs this one looked…read morelike they had what I needed so I went in to check them out. This place is all business, it is clearly a big player in Local Equipment Rentals. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how they could help. I had already run through the inventory of equipment I was looking for on their very easy to navigate webpage, so I knew just what to ask about. I was promptly shown the available equipment. All appeared to be well maintained and in good working order. A valid ID is required to rent. I used a credit card for payment and the transaction was quick and easy. A loading dock is available making it easy to load into my pickup. Equipment can be delivered if needed, as well. This shop is able to meet both commercial and homeowner needs with a very diverse amount of equipment including loaders and high lifts or simply a plumbing snake. Checking the website or a quick call can confirm the availability of what will help you get the job done! The equipment I rented worked even better than I hoped. Believe me when I say it WORKED, because I really WORKED it hard and it never missed a beat. Returning the rental was very easy as well. I will definitely be back to A-1 for my equipment rental needs.
