History

Established in 2013.

Our humble beginnings as a B2B digital marketing company started in 2012. Daniel Motes performed SEO services of his own websites from 2008-2012. After many SEO companies tanked due to the 2012 Penguin Update by Google, Daniel and business partner Cam Wade saw the opportunity to be a player in the industry to offer white-hat SEO along with web design, Paid Search, and consulting. In February 2013, Atlanta SEO Hub was born and in 2017 we started operating under the name of Hawk Web Marketing as we expanded our services outside of Georgia. We have served clients in 19 states as well as 5 different countries as of 2018. We started out focusing on retention more than volume of clients. That is still our goal today.

Meet the Business Owner: Daniel M.

Daniel Motes is Co-Founder and managing member of Hawk Web Marketing. When the Recession in 2007-2008 began, Daniel saw layoffs nationwide, many of which were long-time employees being let go to save companies more money. Daniel decided that he wanted to be in control of his own destiny in the workplace. Daniel found an interest in SEO (search engine optimization) and affiliate marketing. In 6 months, his first website was built and ranking in Google for very competitive keywords. Traffic on the website was over 20k visitors per month and affiliate commissions were producing $6000+ in revenue each month. He knew then that he was all in! After being the #1 affiliate for an herbal supplement company, Belligadria Solutions, Daniel partnered with the company, recruited other affiliates, and performed SEO on multiple websites to drive traffic and sales. After many requests for SEO services from other companies , Daniel went full time building a digital marketing agency in 2012.
