I have a 2022 LT1 Camaro. Finding the correct pad has been Hell. Checked out Powerstop, EBC, R1 and kept getting the wrong pads. Talked to your man Joe about my situation. At first, I got the wrong pads again. But I sent pics along with a scale for the size and Joe went down the rabbit hole and came up with the correct pads. Thanks again and I'll be back! read more

work great, they do produce a lot of brake dusk but that's kinda a given when buying a very performance pad also would have been nice if they unleaded a sticker or two but overall good experience. read more

Very reasonable price compared to others who must have marked them up 200%! Shipped pretty quickly, think I had them in about 4 days.

Scam. Took my money, hasn't sent the items, hasn't responded to emails, hasn't responded to my Paypal claim, which I will be escalating tomorrow to a fraud complaint. Buyer beware! read more

Great customer service helpijg me figure out alternatives for discontinued brakes. Had to find something to replace the DTC 60 series for an R53 Mini and the customer service agent did a great job helping me find what i needed. read more

Bought pads but didn't need to install for 2 years. Once I did I noticed rear pads retention springs were broken off. Installed anyway and kept hearing loud clunking. Had to reinstall old pads and reached out to hawk pad direct. They offered me nothing, and accused me of trying to do something scummy where I'm trying to get new pads for free. I sent them pictures of the defect, and proof of when I installed it. Said he'll reach out to hawk then proceeded to ghost me. Looking online my issue is pretty common with hawk pads so this should have been an easy warranty or replacement. Do not buy from here. Buy from ECS where at least they have lifetime replacement. read more

the install went well, definitely feel better pedal response when applying brakes, little to no sound when braking, would buy again

Hawk did a great job with getting me the right brake pads for the application I was looking for! 2015 Challenger Hellcat... read more

Customer service was good will say parts didn't come at the same time I got multiple delivery codes from different carriers, but thank God I have Shopify at that point I was able to keep track of my parts read more

I bought $1000 worth of brake parts and half of them were defective. I have been trying to contact them for months thru email and telephone. Still no response. I am just going to cancel the payment thru my credit card. This company SUCKS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! read more

My impression of this company is it is a one man show. Customer service is essentially zero. No confirmation of order until my email was finally answered after over 1 week. Phone calls are answered after 10 attempts and voice mails are not answered. You have to do better than this if you want repeat business. They certainly will not have mine. read more

Great pads and great service! The new ceramic pads have reduced the amount of brake dust.

Pads were delivered fast and performed better than the OE pads! The greater stopping performance was definitely felt.

I received a rude phone call after inquiring as to the delay in shipping my order The fact that they're not affiliated with Hawk Performance sows further doubts into their culture Needless to say, order is cancelled and I don't recommend these shysters read more

You should call in... Most All brake rotors say "many in stock"...Thats BS, I called to check on my order when the rotors didnt arrive with the pads and the was told "oh, yeah dude it take awhile, they make the rotors to order" WHAT A JOKE read more

The pads arrived quickly but the rotors arrived about 2 weeks later so I had to delay the brake job. Regardless, the parts arrived and went on the truck easily. I am very impressed with the improved braking. I would venture to guess that I am getting 25% better braking performance than I was previously. read more

Quality product. Communications and logistics could have been a bit better. Will order from this vendor again

So far so good. Only the fronts have been installed so far but the fit and finish is good. It's a track car so no idea how they are going to hold up until summer. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping of the rotors took 2 weeks longer than the pads. If parts are listed as "many in stock" then that's what it should mean. Having them batch manufactured after enough orders have been received and then drop shipped is understandable but it's not the same as having them in stock. Having been burned by this a couple times I try not to order things that are done this way. If I had known they were not actually in stock I may have chosen to order something else. Also, the parts shipped just 2 days after I got in touch to find out the status. That's a great response. But it probably means that something went wrong and if I hadn't contacted them directly I'd still be waiting. read more

These are great brake pads for my Tundra, there was a noticeable improvement over the stock pads.

I received quick and easy help with my brake pad order and they arrived earlier than anticipated. Great customer service and shipping time and really high quality product. No noise and they stop great! read more

Great service quick delivery awesome Custer support

I dropped an order for some pads and shot an email over because I had selected the wrong shipping option. I got a response right away letting me know that the pads I ordered were actually back ordered. I asked what was in stock and found a similar option and requested that. Got an invoice for the price difference and the pads shipped the same day and arrived in 2 days. Performance TBD but I found the customer service to be excellent frankly. Would be nice if the website identified what was out of stock, so if you need something ASAP for your car I would reach out first. read more

Hawk Pads Direct was one of the very few places that had my car's pads in stock. Shipping was fast and pricing was fair! I haven't had a chance to get the pads installed, but it's a Hawk product, so uiu know it's gonna be great! Thank you Hawk Pads Direct for the great selection read more

These people are not Hawk Performance. They sale Hawk Pads but are not direct from the dealer. I bought the pads and recommended rotors but they were not the Hawk Rotors and were slotted rotors and made a lot of noise. I called Gary several times and he will promise you the world and will do nothing. I called Hawk Performance and they would do nothing because they were not their rotors. I thought I was buying from Hawk but was not. I ended up buying new brake rotors and pads from Rock Auto and they worked great. Do not but from this company the will not stand behind what they sell. Gary is a useless human that want do anything. read more

Strictly due to customer service and lack of critical information being provided on the website or when placing an order. No mention of a third party distributor for rotors when the website says in stock so expect a couple weeks delay on all rotors. Couldnt provide me this info until I asked and reached out to them which is a problem on its own, 3 days and countless attempted phone calls and emails to get one answered phone call telling me the rotors are third party and that is get tracking info soon. Very low level of quality customer service and product availability knowledge. Would not recommend and very disappointed in hawk for allowing this kind of distributing. read more

They are a reseller of hawk brake pads. They do not manufacture brakes here. If you buy the best performance pads, those are race pads. Which mean they wont be quiet, they dont bite hard in low temperatures. In fact ro get good braking out of them you have to do a bed in procedure, and you also have to not use them as a daily pad. For a daily pad, run hawk ceramics, or hawk hps. I have bought many pads from these guys, and have always gotten what I've been looking for. But I also understand exactly what I'm buying. My brakes squeal on my car because of the compound I run. Hawk hp+ for daily, occasional track use and autocross. They have yet to let me down. read more

My 3rd set of HPS breaks for my '90 ZR-1 Corvette. My favorite driving is moutain twisties. What I mean is, agressive (not HPDE) with hard breaking to the point of the ABS threshold & "heel-toe" downshifts & powering out of the curves. The HPS pads provide good response and are resistant to fading; excellent for street and a dash through the mountain roads. read more

this is hawks direct reseller. my review is for them and the pads Pads/Rotors: They sure look cool....but that is where it ends. I paid extra to get the black rotors and that was a huge waste. One drive and the black wears off of the surface area on the rotors. I ordered the LTS pads and they are garbage. After 2 bed in processes, brake fluid flush still no improvements. Do not call these performance pads for light trucks/SUVs if they cant even stop a SUV. On cold they barely stop my vehicle, I have to mash hard on them. Pulling out of my garage I basically just slip out with no grip or stopping power. Warmed up they are not any better. I sure hope I never have to make a power stop. I will be replacing these soon and go back to OEM. Pads Direct: awful customer service post order. Before you get the order they were responsive. Shipping was pretty slow, about 2 weeks. after received the pads and installed I never heard a peep back. No matter how many emails I sent asking questions. I expressed my concern with the performance and stopping power on multiple emails with no response. read more

slick purchase. Parts came faster than promised installed nice and easy.

Used hawk dtc 70 on stock front calipers on a 2011 ford mustang. Motul 600 brake fluid and track ready routers. Wow what braking force I had. Ran balls to the wall for a total of 6 track session and experienced just a little brake fade towards the end. I spit on the routers post race. Didn't even sizzle. read more

Always very helpful getting me the brake pads I need for custom applications in track cars and especially finding the right compound.

New rotors & brake pads are awesome my audi rides smoother the old disc's had warped I felt the difference emidiatly when I took that first ride I've used Hawk on other cars & trucks Hawk is quality you get what you pay for! read more

Very bad service. That's all I can comment on because I NEVER received the order I purchased!!!! After emailing back and forth, Gary (HawkPadsDirect) repeatedly gave useless information deflecting from the real issue which was why the package never arrived despite paying extra to have them delivered quickly. No compensation, no 'sorry, I'll send out another set' or 'Let me follow up with the shipping company'... just the generic 'it has been shipped', 'should arrive by...'. I do NOT recommend dealing with the person or online reseller. I suspect this is a scam as Gary even told me there was an attempt of delivery FIVE DAYS after it was supposed to arrive! Lost a lot of money and got no where with Gary (HawksPadsDirect). read more

The street pads I ordered are amazing! A very affordable upgrade that makes a huge difference. I have not had the chance to test them at autoX yet, but daily driving these are so smooth, stopping distance at highway speeds greatly decreased. They have a slight whinning (no squeeking) that can be heard on hard stops, and slightly on light stops. Some people may not like that, but I think its kinda cool. Compared to other pads on the market, these streets pads meet an amazing balance of performance and daily drivability. read more

I ordered pads and rotors. i assumed that items listed on the website were in stock. The pads were quickly shipped but I was then advised that the rotors were not in stock. I approved a substitution but when a week went by and the rotors still didn't ship I called and it was quickly apparent that the substituted rotors were not in stock either. I cancelled the rotor order read more

They're only good at taking your money and sending you what they have in stock. If you try and call or email them for any sort of post sale support, you will be straight up ignored. It doesn't matter how you attempt to contact them. I wanted to inquire about returning a set of pads, accepting the fault was my own and willing to pay for a restocking fee, but still nothing. Hawk pads are a quality product, but this "business" is only concerned with satisfying online orders. read more

great selection of excellent pad comp shipped quickly. use HPS 5.0 pads on all my daily rides and restomods

Best pads for the track... quick service!

I bought the best high performance street pads and rotors for my Chrysler town and Country so my family would have the best brakes possible. I had them installed by a top notch shop with new hardware and slider lubrication. The rotors immediately developed a severe hum while braking above 35 MPH also vibrating the front of the car. I complained to Hawks Pads Direct and they refused to do anything. They suggested it would "wear in" but in fact it has gotten worse over several months. I paid them $500 for brakes parts now I need to replace them. Don't expect any warranty from these people regardless of what is in writing. They will kick you to the curb. read more
