The food was great and the bottomless mimosas are a must! The only thing better than the food and drinks was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Our server was Erin and she made the experience memorable, she is great at what she does and she was fun and personable and was always checking on us. Decided to meet some family hear for brunch on a Saturday morning. We arrived at around 10 am and were sat immediately on the patio because we had our pup. We were a little disappointed because it was colder and they didn't have heaters :( but the food made up for it. My husband ordered a breakfast scramble skillet and I got the avocado toast with egg. We both finished our meals it was so good! My brothers partner had some issues with meat on his vegetarian dish but they did comp it and make it right so that was nice. Went there the first weekend after they opened. Food was excellent. Service was spot on. Everyone was on their game and it was busy. Manager even came by every table to check on diners. We were there for breakfast. So having opened restaurants previously, I'll have to say Haven Haus did a great job. Give them a try but remember they just opened. read more

The environment and setting was very chic and well designed. The service was also great and the manager himself checked in on us and gave us service. The breakfast tray/platter was well worth it and could serve 2-3 people. I got the chilaquiles with salsa verde and carnitas and it was great! Went last week when they first opened. Had the pancakes with Strawberries and Blueberries, they were delicious and the fruit was fresh. It comes with whip cream but I didn't get it. The staff were pleasant and greeted me right away. Also had a Matcha latte and that was great too! Love what they did with the space. Will return to try something else. read more

Breakfast a few days ago. The staff is nice enough but untrained. My wife's coffee was cold. Bacon and eggs for me - with undercooked bacon. Someone showed up with a pitcher of water halfway through our meal and my wife had her pour into a glass we already had with leftover ice. The waitress never asked me if I wanted water. A trip to the restroom revealed fresh fruit in the floor in the hallway. The restroom was in poor shape - witness the cutout for the floor drain. We won't be back. read more

After seeing this place show up in my Yelp recommended, I've been here several times and can confidently say this has to be the best looking plates for breakfast and brunch. Such vibrant colors and beautiful presentation add to the experience in combination with a very clean interior design. Service was amazing as the ladies pay attention and are quick with it. I was definitely excited to try this place. I love new brunch spots, but unfortunately Haven Haus was a little bit of a disappointment. It was busy for a Wednesday morning, but we were seated on the outside patio in the far back corner near Devilicious, behind the door that leads out to the patio. The entire place felt like a can of sardines, very tight isles, and you have to dodge in and out of chairs, with very loud music. The first thing our waitress told us was that she was short staffed due to an employee not showing up, and she was winded, which she seemed annoyed about. We quickly ordered the coffee flight and our brunch. The coffee flight was not impressive. It was okay flavored coffee: hazelnut, mocha, vanilla, and Carmel. Definitely did not fit the vibe. I ordered the country skillet with over easy egg. The skillet had no flavor, was just warm, and seemed like it was pre made. The toast had butter, but seemed dry. I asked the waitress as she was walking away briskly if I could get some hot sauce, and she looked at me and in not the nicest way said "which one", acting annoyed. My wife ordered the honey chicken biscuits... the presentation was underwhelming. What appeared to be frozen chicken strips between a dry biscuit, with a side of honey and maybe what was their siracha sauce, was not appealing. I came on Sunday morning and it was busy as expected. I put 2 for the waitlist requesting to sit on the patio because the weather was nice. I was in inside, but not a huge deal since it seemed to be a short wait time. OLIVA was an amazing waitress. Have wonderful recommendations and was very accommodating. We went here 2 times in the last few days. First time I would have given 5 stars. It was delicious, the service was great and loved everything about it. The 2nd time however was a completely different experience. We were sat in a section where the waitress didn't even come over for the drink order until after about 15 mins of us sitting there, she was friendly but that was all she really had to offer. We kept trying to get her attention so we could order, she kept ignoring us. Finally she came and took our order and that was the last time we saw her. She never made it back to check on us. We told the food runner that we were missing food and he didn't check on it or come back. We waited trying to flag her down when we finally got her back to the table we asked for the food items to be canceled since they never came out. She said she was sorry and would remove them from the order. 30 mins later we still didn't hear back from her, we asked the manager for the bill and guess what was still on the bill. The manager ended up making it right however, I may never go back just from the poor service that we received. read more

Today I had breakfast with a friend at the Haven Haus. The food was excellent and the portions were a good amount. But the best part was our server, Olivia. She was friendly, fun to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, without interfering. She made a great recommendation for a coffee drink, I wish I remembered the name, it had cinnamon and I believe bee pollen? It was so good we had two cups each. I am sure all the servers at the Haven Haus are great, but I will be asking for Olivia the next time I am there. She made our time there exceptional. read more
