this bar is ok but if u go, carry your own drink. u r not allowed to order a drink at the bar and…read morehave to wait until somebody comes to serve u even when it turns into a nightclub. so if u are not sat at a table it is absolute chaos. also, drinks take at least half an hour to arrive and that is after you have re-ordered about 3 times. 1 staff member is polite but the others are rude and push people. i, as a pregnant woman was shoved several times by a memebr of staff. when i complained to the owner she wanted to know who it was. i showed her the person and then to my disbelief she said, "oh, im sorry i cant do anything about it because she is a relative. Tut mir leid". Can you believe that? On another occasion when enquiring where the water i had ordered 40 minutes before was, i was told by another memeber of staff that i have to ask someone else because it's not his problem! they are so rude and disrespectful there which is a shame as they have such a prime venue, i do hope that at some stage they will get to learn the value of good customer service. the only reason i am giving them any stars at all is because i have to in order to be able to leave a review! its such a shame as i like the venue and the food is decent but i shan`t go back to get punched in my stomach again by a member of staff who doesn`t know how to say excuse me please. imagine being shoved in your stomach when sou are heavily pregnant and then being told by the owner sorry its my relative, so im not going to do anything about it. absolutely ridiculous. i would advise people to boycott the place so that the owners finally take some form of action!
