Don't rent from this company. We moved in over a month ago. Microwave broken and realtor said she'd fix it - now won't respond to messages. After moved in realized apartment had not been cleaned - shower was disgusting, floors dirty and jacuzzi tub shot black mold out during first use. read more

These people will be hearing from my lawyer ASAP. I rented a very filthy apartment at 140 pine lake road and me and my husband had to start cleaning from day 1. We washed the windows and gave the apartment a good clean as it seemed it had not been cleaned in a few years. I had no choice at the time and i had a young child with not much help. My lease was for 6months but was extended because of issues with the pandemic. We had countless issues with the apartment and the Landlord nor the property management team was forthcoming with help. I later realized that these behaviors were the norm and people were ok with being treated in this manner. We had to sleep at a hotel for 3 days to get this apartment where we wanted as not even the a/c worked. These people working at this company are so unprofessional, unresponsive, and produce such poor quality service that cannot be accounted for on this grading scale. Looking back i am just in total awe of how long i endured this torture. I would not recommend this realty group to any one who desires to live a normal healthy life as no one assesses these mess before they are rented. On top of all of this i was not granted my security deposit because Kelly made silly excused that i broke the lease after giving them the recommended notice time. She ignored my messages and gave silly kindergarten excuses. All she could say is that i left the apartment very clean. Usually i am never the one to give a review, but honestly this is the worse i have seen in all my life. if you see this company, run for fear of a peaceful life. I wish i could give a zero star but there is no option for that. If people would just be transparent and not cynical then this world would be a better place. read more
