The good: Parking is easy and close and free. The show was great. The cast is very talented and the show was pretty funny as well as entertaining. The venue is wuaint so pretty much every seat is a good seat (I wish I didn't pay extra for VIP). The bad: the food was average at best. They served bacon, jimmy Sean sausages, water, matcha melon latte (iced), pancakes, a parfait bar, sweet potato tater tots, and an egg frittata with bell peppers. I would have preferred plain scrambled eggs. Nothing was gross but nothing was particularly delicious either. Here's the really bad part, drinks of any kind (besides the water and matcha at the buffet) are not included. This includes coffee and soft drinks. When you buy tickets, none of the options say bottomless mimosas yet they advertise the r show as including bottomless mimosas. So that was deceiving. And was breakfast buffet doesn't include coffee?!?! Overall I'm glad I went but I think it's a little pricey was what you get. Again, I'm glad I went but I wouldn't come back.

So first... amazing performance! So fun!! Took my 13 year old daughter for her birthday. They upgraded our seats. So lively and funny. Drinks great. Food nah. Skip unless you're starving! Would 100 percent go back again!

Went to this amazing brunch event as a girl date. It was so fun and interactive! They had something for everyone! There was even audience participation, which was super cute. The buffet had so many options, anyone would be pleased. The waiter was very attentive and made sure my friend's bottomless mimosas kept coming! She also got lucky and got a shot of mimosa from the Ghostbusters dancer! Will definitely be doing this again next year!

The bitches got spooky last weekend with The Haunted Brunch @hoblasvegas It was difficult to get good pictures due to the lighting inside but we did what we could! With your ticket you get a southern brunch buffet with chicken and waffles, Mac and cheese, collard greens, biscuits and gravy and a lot more. Unfortunately it does not come with beverages so those have to be paid for separately. If you are going for things that are actually haunted and spooky, this is not the place to be, even though the name suggests otherwise. It is more a Vegas style show with comedy and dance numbers from people dressed in costume. The dancers were talented, and overall it was entertaining, but not what we thought we were getting into. The Haunted Brunch gets 3.5 stars from these Bitches. #vbb #vegasbitchesbrunch #hauntedbrunch #houseofblues #octoberbrunch #spookyseason

As a Halloween phonetic and creative consultant, my bestie and I were super excited to try this. Let me start by saying the staff is great! The ambience in this venue is good and could be great with a couple extra expert touches. I have many in mind in case they need help (wink). It's Vegas baby! The food is delicious. I highly recommend the mac & cheese, the fried chicken, the jambalaya and the drinks are tasty. Grab drinks ahead of getting your food. A Spicy bloody Mary's and fun Halloween drinks would be a great touch. They give you plenty of time to eat, seating for the show is excellent. The show and performers are fun to watch, they do a great job including the audience. The comedy, the music, etc., is fun. Some of us chose to dress up, which made it even more fun. They definitely get you in the Halloween spirit. I'd do this again and would bring more guests. I'd love to provide some creative ideas to elevate this Vegas experience.

I originally bought tickets for a January show at the original location, that got relocated to this…read morenew location, and then cancelled. After emailing, a refund was issued- very reasonable and friendly email encounter and no issue to refund as the dates they rescheduled for we were unable to attend. Then, Bought tickets on a coupon code for BOGO 50% for a July show which we attended! I'd say the concept and appeal is very cool, the creativity was high, but the execution lacks a bit in comfort, service, and food quality. *I do want to mention that the movie we watched was Wicked (much longer than other movies) and it was marketed on social media as a "Fork n' Sing". Upon entering Area 15, the only direction given on the email is to go to the 2nd floor. (Where on the second floor? I guessed correctly and asked some others that I could tell were waiting. I also followed the smell of popcorn). Although it mentioned to have your email, we were checked in by name and lead to your table. The set up in banquet style with round tables and banquet chairs surrounding based on your party. There are some of two and others or 4, etc. the movie is screened via projector at the front. After a moment we were given welcome bubbly and popcorn. It did not start on time, but around 15 minutes after. Although the door was closed, some late attendees entered and simply sat down at a table because there was no one manned at the front entrance. (This ended up messing up plating count, because they were off about 6 people for the first course. Being in the back, we got the first of the 6 items the same time as our 2nd). The lighting was darkly dim, but the entrance door had a lit sign that helped people see their foods as well as the exit in order to go out to the restrooms. The menu item creativity is a 5 star however some dishes tasted better than others, and the amount is hit or miss. (Some plates and drinks were a good size, while others were smaller than expected like a beautifully played chicken dish, but then an off gnocchi dish with 8 small gnocchis in 2 rows which made it dry. Some foods were delicious, while others seemed plain. Some courses were just drinks, which would've been better suited as a drink that paired well with a food, although the drink itself was creative). Timing was obviously based on the movie, so remember that when booking! (Do you want to sit still on a banquet chair for 2+hrs?) For the amount paid versus experience and food/drink quality, I felt that the price was a bit too high, even with a BOGO50%. You are most likely watching a movie you've already seen, so the experience is mainly the food. Overall, I would possibly come back again for a shorter movie (I think it would make the entrees that come out not seem like it's dragging) that has more iconic food scenes (so the experience of "eating the food on the screen" is better), and if a discount is given/the price lowers.

One of the courses had fries & mine were so cold like they had not been cooked, I was told the food is banquet style nothing they could do. The concept is fun but needs to be improved. Our server took forever to clear off our table and food service was all over the place a lot of people had to ask for their food because they got skipped. $400 for two people is crazy. I expected more. I'm going to say pass on this one. See my pics

Alexis Park Resort gets a solid shoutout for customer service even though I didn't personally stay…read morethere. A friend of mine from Long Beach stayed here with his buddies for about 5 days and had no complaints during his stay. After checking out, he realized he had forgotten his suit jacket in the room. He called housekeeping after hours, and they actually made a note of it and followed up with him the next day. Since he had already headed back home, I went over to pick it up for him. The property is pretty big and a one-way layout, so I had to drive around the whole place to get to security. The security guard was super helpful, before I even finished explaining, he already knew what I was there for and said, "You're looking for a jacket?" They had it ready, neatly hung and wrapped in plastic, which I thought was really organized and professional. I just showed ID, signed for it, and was on my way. Overall, I can't speak on the rooms, but based on the front desk and security experience alone, the customer service was great.
