I had to call hatco 3-4 times to get to the correct person about a back ordered item. Then Carissa west hung up on me after i repeatedly asked her to cancel the back ordered item and she was rudely asking who the other 5-6 people I had spoken to. Then she called me back twice to yell at me which could be considered harassment of a customer. I left a voicemail for her manager, devin marcum, who may or may not care. Came to Dallas to catch a baseball game. We heard about this Stetson outlet store and took a chance. We had such a wonderful experience! The store manager, Aubrey walked us through the proper look, feel and fit of each hat. They'll, steam, shape and clean the hat which is included in the price.
