Our server was polite and very attentive, which we appreciated. We decided to try the pizza but were disappointed. The crust was rubbery and tough--too chewy for our liking. The sauce, pepperoni, and sausage were fine but unremarkable. Overall, it reminded us more of a store-bought frozen pizza than something made fresh in-house. That said, the menu is extensive, and we're willing to give Osakis Pub another try--just not for the pizza. We're looking forward to exploring other options next time.

I really wonder how hard it could be to accommodate a guest and seat them at a table within short walking distance, but apparently it's too much for the host with the blond ponytail to manage. Next my parents are served stone cold coffee. The gracious waiter takes it away and returns with fresh brewed. Then we waited an unusual amount of time for our food (I didn't clock it, but it was 20-30 minutes). The food was good. The waiter was attentive. And the atmosphere pleasant. Overall it was a fair experience. I've been here before and I like the food I've had. But I feel the host should have been more accommodating to my mother's needs. We weren't asking for anything more than to have a table near the door so my mother didn't have to walk so far. And there's no need to be passive aggressive and slam the menus down in protest. I'd still recommend this restaurant but the service is only fair and the food takes a bit too long to come out.
