The middle aged woman with brown hair and glasses working the front desk didn't even bother to greet me. Then I asked her if it would be possible to get my dad's nickname embroidered on his jacket. Her first comment to me was " it has to be laundered " I told her my mom washed it and yes there was some cat hair because we have pets but its clean. She didn't even bothered to write down what I wanted done to the jacket and said to me "it isn't clean I see a mark here and I can smell it already." She was so unbelievably snotty and rude in her tone to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and be sure to let everyone know how rude the woman working the front desk is.
