The problem is the bartender who I believe is also the bar manager. He's just not very friendly. I like to be treated with a smile, but he's just not a happy dude. Other bartenders who take over for him have acknowledged this upon discussion. They just roll their shoulders when I mentioned as if they've heard this before. I'll keep going to HP but just not as highly recommended as I might normally make it.

The turnaround was great and the finished product was excellent. They mounted the jerseys on a background that looks like a leather football. They went out of their way to go to a local collectible/card shop and picked up old football cards of the 2 players and included the cards in the framing. The attention to detail and the finished product is awesome!

Worst customer service I have ever received. I walked in to see about getting embroidery done on a…read morejacket for my dad. The middle aged woman with brown hair and glasses working the front desk didn't even bother to greet me. Then I asked her if it would be possible to get my dad's nickname embroidered on his jacket. Her first comment to me was " it has to be laundered " I told her my mom washed it and yes there was some cat hair because we have pets but its clean. She didn't even bothered to write down what I wanted done to the jacket and said to me "it isn't clean I see a mark here and I can smell it already." She was so unbelievably snotty and rude in her tone to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and be sure to let everyone know how rude the woman working the front desk is. I went to a different company in Ashwaubenon after I left Global Recognition and that woman took the jacket right away and was very friendly and never even questioned anything about the jacket which was washed.

They carry all kinds of jewelry, accessories, some purses, a small section of apparel and shoes. Be prepared to spend some time in the store as their shelves and displays are packed full of one of a kind pieces - if you look too quickly, you may miss something beautiful. Every inch of the displays is covered in product and I like their layout, it looks nice - though it is a bit overwhelming the first time you see it. The owners and employees are always so nice and if you're looking for anything in particular they'll help direct you to a few things that will suit your needs. I'm a big fan of statement necklaces and unique jewelry pieces, so I like to stop in to browse the new selections every few months. The pieces tend to be expensive, but they are good quality. I was surprised to learn that they also sell the items that look like they're for display only - such as small busts, tea light holders, small figurines, etc.

I cant do 5 stars tho b/c the store has limited quantities and sizes available. If a specialty item comes out, whatever corp sends the store, that is what they have. So they my not get all the things u see on the Lids website. Also this store s going thru a management change the end of this week (5/5/20/22). The mgr leaving was tired of working 10-12 hr days all the time with no free time like the last mgr's that left. The person leaving is the only person that knows how to do stitching.. So that could be a problem when he is gone at the end of the week until someone gets trained in or well... another store mgr shows up to stitch and train a employee. Due to the strange inventory- No hockey hats? Maybe 1 or 2?! Limited jersey's. Lack of certain fitted hats/sports/teams.. .still just a 3 star rating. Employees are always nice and helpful. But if you want a team hat fitted and are driving a long ways to just go to this store- I would call first cuz to order off the web would be your best bet if you know your hate size.
