Didn't disappoint! Our party of 4 ordered various dishes... I did the pork knuckle, 2 types of schnitzels, and steak ... and all were A-okay! Portions were on the larger side, and the prices seemed to be above average, but all everything tasted good! They also make craft beer, and the one I tried was A-okay! Not the most heart friendly meal, but what the heck, I don't visit Germany every month! Once is 30 years must be okay! ;) Lots of seating inside, and covered tables outside. We ate our lunch during the weekday and we could just walk up without any reservations. So a nice (very filling) experience for me!

There is a menu in English if you ask. The beer list is not super large, about 5-6 beers as I remember, all unfiltered which I thought would be a problem but it was not. I ordered a half liter of the pilsner which was quite nice. In fact, nice enough to have another! The food menu is large and from the different things people got it seems to be high quality. A lot of people ordered white asparagus with hollandaise sauce, another person got a pizza-type meal. I opted for a more traditional dish: bratwurst with mashed potatoes. I was hoping to find German potato salad but it was not on the menu. My dish was very tasty and delicious. The dark beer sauce that was over the brat and potatoes was one of the most delicious sauces I ever had. It was outstanding. The only thing I did not like was that the brat was sliced, not a link. The price was a bit high I thought at 13.90 euro but not outrageously overpriced. If you sit outside people will smoke. That's just the way it is. The place was quite popular and a lot of fun. Service was very good. I highly recommend this place for beers and dinner.

I was surprised that there is a large selection of cans from the US, even from Founders, or Nebraska. It is wort to pop in.
