I love ceviche but went for the poulet à la braise (pollo alla brasa). A nice lady came over and asked if I wouldn't mind sharing my table with her and I welcomed the company. She was Peruvian and comes here often. The marinade on the chicken was excellent but the chicken was overcooked and thus dry. My dining companion noticed and went to seek the traditional sauces that are normally served with it, which were not only excellent, but added a bit of moisture to the chicken. The fries were perfectly crispy. It seems the owner was out of town and general consensus was that the food that came out was not as good as it normally is. I'd definitely give them another try.
