If your expecting good customer service and a friendly face... keep driving!
With a handful of cash in my pocket to purchase a new coffee machine and water pick I waited and waited and waited for customer service, I asked for assistance (knowing exactly what I wanted it was really just for the clerk to round up the items), continued to look at staff talking to each other, and simply look away when I made eye contact with them.
I wish I could say this is a "one of" but this isn't the first time this nature of customer service has been displayed here, and being local it is well known in the community this level of customer service is on display at this establishment.
No wonder Harvey Norman are always jumping up about people not supporting local and buying online, until they realise is their customer non-service pushing people in this direction they are always going to lose out to the internet... And they deserve to!
Tip: keep driving past this store along the highway into town, you can get the same items at The Good Guys and you will actually get someone who will help you. read more
