I was there too and the Pastor might have been asking questions to make sure children were safe. When you see a person you don't recognize with an out of state plate, I would ask questions too. Also I don't personally see anything wrong with a toy gun, especially when lots of people in this area whether they go to the church or not are all hunters, either own a bow or a gun, and even make sure their children go to hunting classes, and know the difference between a real gun and a toy one. If you're new to the area, you might not know that lots of people around here have guns. What's the problem with a toy one? I have always felt very welcomes and this is the most welcoming NON -judgemental church I have ever been to, that's what drew me there in the first place. And Christian Rap and Rock is exactly what was playing in the car next to you. The pastors son and I was standing there discussing all the songs with him myself. He was explaining what each song meant and how they were about God. Not all rap has curse words. We literally stood there discussing the music until the car battery died, and I never heard even one curse word. I don't think the church was the one doing the judging. You didn't even mention the services either...have you even been to one? I'm hoping some of this is just a misunderstanding. read more
