Lindsay Hartz should not be representing children at all. Her behavior is highly unprofessional and bizarre. Once in a meditation room she made the comment, "For all we know your Mother could be Mary Poppins or Jeffrey Dahmer." I tried to report her to VA State Bar but I will need to figure out the proper channel to go through to have her investigated. My sisters friend did not find her character in the best interest of the children but rather a individual who suffers from insecurities who power trips her position, however I saw right through her manipulation and scare tactics. Her behavior infront of the Judge was not the same as behind closed doors. read more

I normally don't write reviews for anyone, however when it comes to your lawyer who just saved your butt from a 1st degree criminal charge and license suspension, I surely will with a smile on my face! =) Things like 99/70 in VA is a huge deal- reckless driving, and to get away with just a speeding charge that is few points and a fine is just purely magic and I don't know how Ms. Hartz did it! Amazing! Ms. Hartz and her staff guided me from day 1, gave me a list of things I need to accomplish in order to receive best outcome, always communicated any the updates in timely manner. What amazed me is that she took personal interest in my case and didn't give up when 1st verdict was 1st degree misdemeanor and suspended license, Ms. Hartz took my case to a different court and got the best possible outcome you can only imagine! I HIGHLY RECOMEND Ms. Hartz and her staff!!!!! AAA 10++++++ read more

Child Custody battle with Hartz Law Firm was a Heart wrenching battle up! This was our 2nd Custody Battle with the same parent so it wasn't our 1st Rodeo in this area. But, the first time with the Lindsay and she stepped up and looked out for us in every capacity and never let one stone go unturned! I feel like we went overboard on things because it wasn't our 1st time in this situation. She went well beyond reassuring us in every way that she had this, and she DID!! We kept custody and things worked out for the Best for the Child. If you need a good Family Lawyer call Lindsay!! The price was affordable. I read a review that said she was expensive and obviously they have never retained an Attorney! read more

Absolutely amazing! I would give Hartz Law, P.C. my highest recommendation for anyone who has encountered issues with the law in terms of traffic in Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket in Virginia (60/35) and did not know what to do as this was my first run in with the law. Lindsay and her assistant Ashley were so prompt in getting in touch with me, making me feel assured, and making me feel completely comfortable in my case. Through the homework they had me do and information they had me gather, they were able to build the best file for me and ended up getting my reckless driving ticket dropped all the way down to an improper driving. 5 stars to Lindsay Hartz, Ashley Somariva and Hartz Law, P.C.! read more

While driving within the established traffic laws is always the safest choice, if you find yourself in need of Council due to a poor driving decision or unfortunate circumstance, there is no one better to trust than the Hartz Law Firm. When my son recently found himself facing some fairly serious traffic violations, we hired Lindsey Hartz on advice from a family friend. Lindsey provided clear and timely instructions to us on the exact actions that she wanted him to complete prior to the court date, stayed in contact during the completion of these actions, and was always available to answer questions. Her paralegal, Ashley, did a superb job on helping us organize the required information so that Lindsey was completely prepared on his court date. During the court proceedings, Lindsey used her experience to navigate the process, and in the end my son got absolutely the best result he could have hoped for. While it's always best to drive in a manner where you don't need representation, if you do, call Hartz for effective legal guidance. read more

I highly recommend calling Lindsay Hartz if you receive a Speeding/Reckless Driving ticket in the speed trap that is Southern VA (I-95/I-295). Lindsay and her paralegal, Ashley, were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional from day 1. I had inquired with other law firms about my ticket, and nobody else seemed to really care about my personal case like Lindsay did. Where other firms will just tell you who is going to represent you in court, I actually had a conversation with Lindsay over the phone regarding the ticket that I received, and she provided a lot of useful information related to how she could be of help to me. Excellent customer service. Lindsay works with the Southern VA county Judges on Reckless Driving cases very often, and knows how each one operates. Lindsay and Ashley asked me to provide them my driving record, a copy of my ticket, and a certificate from an easy 8 hour online driving class. They took it from there! Lindsay was able to lower the Reckless Driving charge to a normal speeding, which is an awesome result. Thanks Lindsay and Ashley! read more

Ms. Hartz and her staff are so easy to work with. I received several letters from lawyers advertising their service but I chose Ms. Hartz because my initial conversation with her staff led me to believe they were honest and geninue up front but also understood what I was going through. This was my first reckless driving citation in my whole life (freaked me out because where I lived before, I could just pay the speeding ticket and be done) and she was able to reduce my fine and remove the points from my record. Her staff was very friendly and patient while I asked a zillion questions. They kept in contact and let me know exactly what I needed to do and provided helpful links. Her fee was very reasonable and she did exactly what she had promised to do. I really appreciate that she and her staff were very upfront and let me know exactly what to expect. I recommend anyone who receives a reckless driving citation in Virginia to give Ms. Hartz a call to see how she can help you. Thanks again! read more

Lindsay and Ashley are honestly THE BEST! I was petrified when I got my speeding ticket (60/45) by a VA State Trooper! I knew logging online and simply paying the fine was not a choice for me! Throughout the process, Ashley kept me calm and reassured me that everything was going to be okay! And she wasn't kidding! In court, Lindsay got my ticket lowered to a non-moving violation with no points and no increase on my insurance. Honestly the nicest 2 ladies that you will ever meet! No ticket is too small, trust me. You want them both on your team to help you with your ticket! Call them! read more
