The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The lady behind the desk waved me off and said "that is included" when I came back to get the ring, they didn't try to match up the details at all, and refused to give me back the pieces stating "included means that the jewelry shop keeps the pieces" and they were "too small" anyway. To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

They order several diamonds in that cut, quality, etc and when they are delivered to them you pick the one you want. Then you have the setting done. It sounds more tedious than it is. These guys will save you a ton of money and you end up with more for your buck and feeling that you really customized your ring. H and A are who the insurance people go to for replacing lost diamonds so you know they can't be as corrupt as the chain stores.

I called the kind folks over at Lilygrass Flowers and Decor and they checked the zip codes as a first step to be sure they were the right team for the job. Turns out they were! Ordering over the phone was easy. They were able to email me photos of bouquets they had on hand to see if it matched my vision. They worked with me to customize the each order and let me know the expected delivery date. They sent me an email receipt which I was able to review and call them with a couple of minor changes. The flowers were delivered the next day. They were great about calling me when they ran into unforeseeable challenges delivering one of the orders. We got it figured out and the recipient received the order without problems. The Lillygrass team helped me curate a special bouquet for people in my life who are special to me.
