He communicated with me ahead of time and took the time to discuss a number of important things that I might not otherwise have known or thought about, and provided the needed information. Their office location provides convenient and plentiful parking (up the elevators and then turn left to the end of the hall). The closing was pretty uneventful - we were signing autographs like a rock star. Interestingly, the buyer was also using the same attorney (conflict of interest?), and as it happened, were right outside when we were done. The money transfer took place right away. Their service really didn't exceed my expectations, not even close, on any of those 3 fronts. I despise mediocre service, especially when you're being charged a premium.
