    Do not attempt to work from here. The noise from the employees and the TV is extremely distracting, making it nearly impossible to participate in a call. I tried turning off the TV, and although they promised to turn down the volume, they did not follow through. This has been a disappointing experience with their customer service.

    2025 H O N D A

    In 2021 I bought a 2021 Versa Sport. I loved that cat but the spark plug coils kept burning out due to the windshield directing water onto the engine housing. Brought it in for service twice...only to get a sealing agent applied. I ended up trading it in for 2024 Versa Sport on 2/9/24 because of this issue. My salesperson, Dominic, was rude in person, and didn't hang up the phone after speaking to me...I had the honor of listening to him talk smack about me. They ripped me off of my trade in value and to "ice the cake," sent me a supposedly AI text message offering me the $1500 over my KBB price as I was pulling into my driveway with the car I PURCHASED THAT DAY! (they had to cut me a check for that one..but it should have been more). I tried to contact the executive manager and he blew me off. Over two weeks ago I tried to schedule my bi-annual service, only to be ignored. I am now the proud owner of a 2025 H O N D A C I V I C S P O R T LX. BaBye Nissan!

Not only was their customer service horrible, but they over charge for repairs and make false promises. Before I had it towed there, I checked in with service and told me they'd be able to schedule me for the next day at noon. I also told them I needed a loaner vehicle, which the woman said all I had to do was talk to my service advisor about it...both were LIES. They didn't even unlock my car until late the day after that and then called me 15 mins later telling me they weren't sure but it may be the thermostat and gaskets, and then 5 mins after that added the water pump which doubled the repair cost (over $3,500) They charge a whopping $315 an hour!!!! And a $400 diagnostic charge!!! I said I'm not paying this unless they're absolutely sure it's what's wrong with my car. I ended up speaking to another service person who said they were gonna take another look at it Monday. Meanwhile no loaner so I ended up renting a car. After several conversations back and forth, and one with the actual Service Manager who basically started the conversation with saying "Not to be combative, but..." I ended up being so disgusted and dissatisfied with the service I called my dealer again (Mercedes Benz of North Haven) and they said they'd take a look at it and their repair hourly rate and diagnostic is significantly less. They're also taking a video of the diagnostic and sending the invoice right away. Already leaps better! Never again.

I stopped in for about an hour to test drive, get my trade-in appraised, and receive the initial quote. special shout to to Kevin who was so helpful and buttoned up! The follow-up was just as smooth -- I handled everything from home: emailed to finalize, contacted my insurance and filled out the credit application online. When I returned to finalize the purchase, I was in and out in under an hour. I signed the paperwork, declined the extra add-ons without any pressure at all and they took the time to walk me through the features of my new vehicle. We were given a base model loaner to replace our premium model car, for 27 days while they fixed our car. We were offered no apologies for paying for a brand new car for a month, and not actually being able to use it. The Service Manager, Jim Berube, was hands down the rudest person we have ever dealt with. On top of being rude, he was extremely hostile, as well as demeaning and condescending towards women. If you absolutely have to buy an Audi, find a different dealer. They don't stand behind their products and have horrible customer service.
