On top of trying to give us a 5 min video clip of our whole 6 hour wedding( filled with specific dances and traditions), he then proceed to send an email explaining how he made it better sent me a link to the video- but the problem was-IT WASN'T EVEN OUR WEDDING!! Then, because I had to keep calling and emailing him about our wedding video that I still hadn't recieved A YEAR LATER, he throws together a crappy video filled with shots of the ceiling, the back of people's butts dancing and terrible sound quality. You think he offered a discount, or offered to fix it again, or at the very least- an apology. No! I'm so disappointed in the fact we had this photographer to ruin our only piece of memorabilia we had for our wedding. All we have now are memories of a good day that we cant see again.
