I…read moream in the service industry and am very critical of doctors, dentists, salons, restaurants, etc etc and I can't be happier about my experiences so far with them. I slipped and fell a little over a month ago, landing on my face and needed a lot of work to get my front teeth fixed. I called first thing in the morning after this happened and Dr. Denis was able to take me in right away. After assessing my situation, he began work on my smile immediately. He made me feel so comfortable, I was nice and numb while he was working on me (my first visit took almost 3 hours). I was very upset about what had happened to my teeth and he put me at ease, explaining that he was going about helping me the same way he would if it was his wife in his chair. I've had about 5 visits in the past month and a half, with at least 2 more to go, but I'm looking as good as new. I recommend him to everyone I meet. Even friends who live in the city I tell to come down to the suburbs and see him. He has really made a situation that could be so painful and ugly be somewhat easy and comforting. If you are looking for a dentist in the south suburbs, definitely come meet Dr. Denis Bartz.

I'm honestly not sure how this place has 5 stars. I saw Dr. Sheikh, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was not a positive one. First, I had difficulty getting properly numb for the procedure, which left me concerned about how the procedure was being handled. She seems to have issues with her hand. Second, I felt uncomfortable with some of the comments and interactions during my visit. She commented on me being strong and muscular, and I also noticed her looking toward my groin area on two occasions. I felt that some of her behavior crossed a professional boundary. I also found her demeanor to come across as snobby, despite trying to be overly friendly. It just wasn't genuine. Overall, I was very uncomfortable and disappointed with my visit. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
