I looked at the net to see the opening hours, made a phone call which did not connect for some reason. As it said they were open I made the journey of some 20 minutes it took me a further 10 minutes to find a place to park, Then walked with a dodgy hip ( awaiting replacement ) to the shop only to find it bloody closed! Poor show if you are looking for customers and repeat business. read more

They don't do a zero star rating unfortunately. Worst…read morehaircut ever! Initially cut by a stylist, I paid and left in tears so went back for manager to recut it. The second cut was ok albeit a good 6 inches shorter than desired to even up the mess. Stupidly, I went back a few months later for the manager to cut as convenient for work, only £27 and the salvage cut not great but ok. Unfortunately the second time I left with the revenge cut from hell it was completely lopsided and cut to within an inch of its life, quite literally at the parting on one side but longer as it went further down my scalp and totally lopsided but not in a funky asymmetrical style. The manager just kept hacking away like Edward scissorhands but without the skill or charm then stopped cutting and said your done, not even styled or product added to help disguise the horror. Only positive thing is hair regrows and there are plenty of other decent stylists in Folkestone.
