Great grocery store! The bar is awesome with a great cast of regulars. Come on Monday to hang with Don, great bartender and hilarious!

It's been a while friends but I'll be reviewing everything this year FOR SURE! Harris Teeter delivers an exceptional grocery shopping experience with its clean, well-organized stores, fresh produce, and diverse product selection. From premium meats to organic and specialty items, they cater to a wide range of needs, making it a one-stop shop for quality goods. The bakery and deli sections are standout features, offering fresh, delicious options that never disappoint. One unique highlight is the in-store bar area, which truly elevates the experience. The bar offers a fantastic selection of craft beers and wines, creating a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind during or after your shopping trip. Whether you're sipping on a local brew or sampling a new wine, it adds a touch of fun and luxury to your visit. Many locations even host events like wine tastings, which make the bar area a real gem. On top of this, Harris Teeter's friendly staff, loyalty rewards, and convenient services like curbside pickup and online ordering make it a go-to grocery destination. While prices can lean higher, the quality, atmosphere, and unique perks--like the awesome bar--make it well worth the visit! Cheers MATE$! O_o

This Harris Teeter is a step above most. It has a contemporary exterior design and extra spacious layout within.

This location continues to improve and delight. The hot bar (next to the wine bar which is sinfully convenient) is a nice break from cooking. Each evening they run a special. My wife reminded me that Thursday is Prime Rib dinner for $9.99. Well, it's a monster portion and if you arrive early enough, you might be lucky to have one sliced according to your doneness preference. Me? Medium rare is teetering on overcooked. Tonight was a perfect m/rare. This baby weighed in on my food scale at 22.45 ounces. Yepper, that's good eating at any price. Life's for living so I say, "give 'em a whirl."

Love the location! Always has what I need. But I will say the woman's bathroom isn't great. Was dirty, and the toilet paper roll was missing some parts.

This is the new and best HT in town! The store has everything you need and more! Covers all grocery areas and bases of foods, drinks, health, produces, etc. A great variety of products and options. The location is right in South Blvd and the parking lot is pretty sizable, along with some street parking spaces. The aisles are neat and clean and plenty of product on the shelves. One is the best features is the wine/bar area. It's legit! People are always there and having a great time! Also has a tv or two for games and at times has a live musician playing. One of the best HT's I've been to in Charlotte!

This part of Charlotte was a food desert for a little while but now there's this excellent Harris Teeter (and a "P" a couple of blocks away) to provide for all the condos and lofts that are going in to the South End neighborhood. This is a nicely laid out store with a large fresh food area and even a beer/wine counter where a few folks were eating their lunches. The full store has the usual high quality and clean Teeter feel to it with meats, seafood, deli, beer/wine and such. Prices are competitive and looked about normal for a Teeter in Charlotte. Large parking lot.

This Harris Teeter has the best bar in South end. I am known among my friends and family to always want to go to the Harris Teeter bar and a lot of times I even just go alone and hang out with the townies. There's great drinks deals like the four dollar prosecco and cheap pints on weekdays. There's nothing quite like walking around the grocery store while drinking wine although I do think it makes me spend a lot more money. Plus there's a woman who works at the self check out many afternoons and evenings and if you're a regular at this Harris Teeter you know who I'm talking about when I say she is the nicest most bubbly outgoing person in the world. She puts a smile on my face every day and makes Harris Teeter just that much better. Last thing I'll say is it the customer service department in general is extremely professional and treat their customers great. I recently bought a thing of superglue that came out dry and didn't work and I brought it back with just the torn up packaging and they immediately gave me a refund and replace the superglue. It's the small things that count.Way better than Publix

Very annoying. Policing coupons. A lot of profiling, very unprofessional. The manager Mrs. Sharon does not know the coupon policy.

I asked for a Turkey, bacon and cheese sub. He goes to say, "oh that's extra meat". I asked, how? Then went to say that I've never been told that and I'm there often. The guy continues on with his reasonings. I was lost and confused by this time. So, I let him know that I didn't mind paying for what I wanted. That was just some new info to me. He started going about how not charging affects his bonus pay and this that and the third. I didn't ask him for any of that info. Carried out so bad, he ended up burning up the bacon. I kindly let him know he burned my bacon. He picks it up and look at it. I replied again, "it's burned, I don't want it"... Trying to be nasty and look, bacon turned out to be useless. Hopefully "he's" paying for it, smh. And I doubt that he will. I never want to encounter him ( older, black American guy) again.'Never had that problem with anyone else. Sometimes the line can be extra long or there's been a time when they were out of white bread(but the young guy, took care of that for me)... This guy was rude, too old to carry the situation out like he did. I was fresh off work, tired and all(still in uniform). I had no time for that type energy. I was trying to grab dinner and get home. That's it and that is all. I work in an executive kitchen in Uptown, we please and take care of our customers. I would do the same and give the same energy even if it was QT, Subway and any other place. I ended up purchasing the sub as well as a pack of Oscar Myers fully cooked bacon strips( again I do not mind, paying for what I want). The service and experience was horrible. He needs to stay off front line. Especially tell me, the customer... "If I don't charge, it affects my bonus. Go get who usually serves you and I'll tell them too. See, I don't mind. They must not know"... ... Pissed me off, so UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm sure the few who were behind me in line heard him also. They ended up walking away.

Shopping experience was really nice as it always is at Whole Foods. This location seemed smaller and the employees definitely do a ton of shopping for pick up orders so that could get in your way. Items are often out of stock, and it's not always predictable what will or won't be available, which makes it hard to rely on for regular shopping. The takeaway bar can also be hit or miss--many times items are unavailable, and when they are, some of the hot bar items can be on the dry side. The cut fruit has also been inconsistent--either underripe or overripe, with very little in between. Overall, great quality when everything is stocked and fresh, but consistency (both inventory and prepared items) needs improvement.

I worked/lived in Northern Va for 15 years and would drive distances to do my grocery shopping there. BUT, this location is without a doubt THE most challenging location. For many reasons. The store lay out is like a jig saw puzzle. In no way does it follow the layout of all the other stores I've been to. The WORST part is the entry/exit and parking. Most every time I've been, there is always a near miss with someone pushing a cart with everything but groceries in the driveway entrance/exit. The most recent experience is why I finally decided to post this review as a WARNING. Beware, there are people who act as though they are trying to get hit. You can draw your own conclusions as to why but it's a fact. Yesterday, this person is approaching the entry crossing pushing a cart. I'm making a right turn off Central into the lot. We make eye contact, they stop as I inch closer into the entry way...then they STOP right in the middle of the crossing and act like they are pulling up their PANTS off the ground. There are vehicles behind me on the horn because they can't see what's going on. It's a highly dense, intense traffic location. On every side there are pedestrians, cyclers, dog walkers and people pushing carriages.
