When they first began treatment, she was just recovering from some major health issues, and I may have been over protective, and overbearing. He and his exceptional team were patient, kind and attentive. They addressed any concerns we had before starting, and have been responsive and reassuring along he way. I used to feel like I needed to micro manage all her appointments and care, but not with these guys. She always tells me how well he and his staff treat her when she visits. At only 7 years old you had me peeing my pants in your waiting room and quivering out of fear to the point that my Mom took me and we left and we had my retainer taken off by a different dentist. You were a wicked man. You were cruel and unfit to work with small children. You put that instrument into my mouth which wouldn't allow me to even swallow and you cranked that thing so wide that the corners of my lips cracked open. You would mock and mimic me when I'd start to cry and I could hardly even cry because you had that metal instrument holding my mouth open. You caused me so much dismay... I required being put under every single dental appt from that moment on- even for a simple cleaning. Shame on you!! And it wasn't just me that you treated like this...almost every single other person who went to you during their childhood has said the same thing. I have been there as a walk in patient and was helped by the on call Doctor more than I had my previous Dr. that I had for a number of years! He listened, gave me a short term prescription and sent me straight to the Hospital for a lower back x-ray. My next visit was with Dr. Pierko, who made immediate suggestions for a medicine of great value for my extremely painful condition! This condition had not even been addressed for the months I suffered before Dr. Pierko. He is also a helpful chiropractor, which a form of this approach I have never had before and so much more helpful than the treatments I had from other Doctors and much less invasive! That person should be in that position instead of her. Office staff are incompetent. I was applaud about how I was treated after i explained that I was self pay(previously mentioned). Sadly I believe that they like to bill insurance for 3 times the amount of self pay. Now I have a bill for $182 because they didn't do their job correctly and they added a late fee, even though I paid my $207 bill in FULL at time of departure. They are either incompetent or scammers.
