We had a 9-liter dialysis liquid spill in our bedroom during the night- which we discovered in the morning. We had to leave for a doctor's appointment soon. I called Harris Cleaning. Amazingly about 20 minutes later they were at our door. I explained what had happened and that we had to leave soon. They figured out how they could do what needed to be done. And we left. When we returned the carpet had been thoroughly cleaned, and furniture was up on blocks. We were so grateful. It took some days to completely dry, but there was no odor. Now, 5 days later, the carpet is perfect. They called to follow up with us. The staff was very professional, the job was well done, and we are very appreciative of the unofficial senior citizen/emergency discount they gave us. The crew (2 people) arrived to clean 1200 sq ft condo. If anyone is planning to use them, it would be important that they know the job does not take long (less than 2 hrs) but the owner will need to clean up all the dust on all furniture, plants, lamps, even bedding and curtains. Wood floors and carpeted floors also had significant dust. Be prepared. I would not hire again. read more

Would not use them again it was a pain having to call them to come back to finish job . They expected me subcontract job. Or potions of it. Work that was done was sub standard. A lot had to be redone or needs to be redone. Not a good experience. read more
