We had a 9-liter dialysis liquid spill in our bedroom during the night- which we discovered in the morning. We had to leave for a doctor's appointment soon. I called Harris Cleaning. Amazingly about 20 minutes later they were at our door. I explained what had happened and that we had to leave soon. They figured out how they could do what needed to be done. And we left. When we returned the carpet had been thoroughly cleaned, and furniture was up on blocks. We were so grateful. It took some days to completely dry, but there was no odor. Now, 5 days later, the carpet is perfect. They called to follow up with us. The staff was very professional, the job was well done, and we are very appreciative of the unofficial senior citizen/emergency discount they gave us.
