Dave was easy to talk to, and I saw him twice without an appointment. He collected on my case after about six months--the insurance company paid every penny of their policy. I give David Blau my highest recommendation--he did a great job for me!

I highly recommend the Law Office of Dantzman & Dantzman…read more I am grateful to Greg Dantzman, not only for successfully resolving my case, but for going above and beyond to show a deep understanding of my legal situation; and to demonstrate patience, empathy, and unwavering support throughout the process.

I had an awful experience with this law office when I filed a chapter 128 in 2017. Communication…read morethroughout was poor and the attorney who handled it, Shane Cigel, appeared quite inconvenienced with being assigned my case (which I assume was due to the measly $1100 fee they charged me to file which - in my opinion - was grossly overpriced.) I made multiple attempts (actually around 10 with documentation to prove it!) via email requesting updates during the proceedings which all went unanswered by good ol' boy Shane. I even appealed directly to THE man himself - yes, I am talking about Greg Dantzman of Dantzman and Dantzman - who also chose not to address my concerns. I actually did complete the 36 months of payments however upon dismissal of the debts, things became even worse. I was never mailed the order of dismissal or any court records that could substantiate the debt was paid off. Instead, I continued to receive debt collection notices after the the fact which I did report to my main man Shane "I could give two f***s" Cigel who again, never responded to me. So, why am I writing a review on these shmucks over 2 years after the chapter 128 was completed? Good question! Because I just received a debt collection notice via email today from one of the companies I paid off in 2020! I seriously question the integrity of this law firm and if they even followed up with any of the companies with the order of dismissal. Per the folks I just spoke to trying to collect the debt - they actually have no record of any dismissal orders being sent to them! Moral of the story: I would urge you to look elsewhere for legal services and would not waste a penny on these fools. Now I get to spend my day off tomorrow going to the Milwaukee County Courthouse & attempt to obtain court documents and begin cleaning up the mess these shysters made! Thanks Dantzman & Dantzman!

James Hiller helped me settle a case recently, and in the end we were able to settle for a reasonable amount, and to his credit he negotiated a bit more then the counteroffer I originally was prepared to accept. No potential lawsuit is fun, so I can't say that I enjoyed the process, but Mr. Hiller is experienced, he researches the law effectively, and in the end he helped me settle so that my losses (yes, there some losses) were quite limited compared to what they might have been with a lesser attorney. I can recommend Mr. Hiller for those looking for experience, honesty, and practicability - which are 3 very good characteristics in my opinion.

She called me today asking if I had decided to go with them or not and when I told her I was still deciding and putting g together my funds she became very rude and insulting. This lady actually said to me " are you an actual nurse or nurse assistant because I've never known a nurse that has to scramble for funds"?! How incredibly unprofessional who says something like that to someone I guess my decision was right not to go with them I wouldn't recommend them. I'm a single mother and I'm sure we all know the rise in cost of living nurses aren't rich, I was floored at her decorum. Zero stars if I could.
