Now, I recently got a letter in April indicating I needed to make an appointment for a follow-up with Dr. Cooper then I got at least two phone calls late April and early May indicating it was time to make an appointment. So when I call, I get the scheduling people whom said they haven't open that block of months to make appointments. When I finally did make an appointment it turned out I had conflicting issues for that Friday and tried to reschedule. I was very adamant about getting a Friday appointment after 2pm and she schedules me for Sept 8th @ 2:30pm, which turns out to be Tuesday. I then called back immediately to rectify her mistake and was told there were no appointments that met my schedule and I would have to wait til they opened the next 90 day block starting for October. Currently weighing options to move on to a cardiology group that can meet my needs as a patient as well as some relative convenience in scheduling.

As my father was here for a bypass surgery and I…read morehave nothing but wonderful things to say about the nurses and techs who helped make his stay comfortable. They were nice and accommodating. The doctors were informative and kept in contact with us. The CVICU nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. At one point I was as turned around after going to the cafeteria (which is a great too) and stopped a staff member who was so polite and made sure I was as able to get back to the unit I needed. The valet staff is quick and thankful as well!
