Although these attorneys were not able to assist me with my case, one of the attorneys was kind enough to personally contact me and tell me step by step how to find an attorney through Google that could assist eith my type of case, how to vet them, and how to contact them. I thought that was exceptional service towards someone who was not even a client. If I ever have a need for their type of law I will definitely contact them first. It was service and kindness above and beyond. Thank you so much! read more

Some years back when I was trying to get on disability, I had an appt with this firm at their Westside Office on Blanding Blvd. First off the attorney was not there for my appt. The receptionist acted like it was going to kill her to contact him concerning this matter. They wrre very unprofessional all around. A couple of years later, the wife and I were involved in a multi vehicle accident. The attorney from Harrell and Harrell that was representing one of the other parties in the accident tried to sue us besides the actual party that caused the accident. Harrell and Harrell had us served with the suit. The attorney representing us had to threaten to file a counter suit against Harrell and Harrell and report them to the Florida Bar Association before they would drop the suit against us. Most recently a friend of mine that was injured on the job went to hire them concerning his workers comp case. After three weeks of them screwing around, they decided not to represent him. He ended up hiring a different law firm to represent him against his employer So do your homework and find an attorney that will actually ho the distance for you. read more

Please do your research. I see am going through alot with this firm. Nancy Gregg sent me an email with an offer which was very low. To stop dealing with them I said ok to the offer. She called me on the phone and lowered the offer saying another doctor bill has come in but if I take this offer she would send another amount later. You have to keep calling them.I would not never recommend anyone to this firm. I am so sure that it just better to deal with another law firm. read more

I recently hired Harrell and Harrell for my car accident. They are AWESOME. They called me once a month to check on me. Anytime I called I ALWAYS got to speak to my Parralegal. The Doctor they recommended was great, he never tried to keep me coming back in ordernfornthem to get the most of the $10,000 PIP like Farah and Farah Doctor did a fewnyears ago. read more

Was offered a contract to sign as the representative advised I have a case. Less than 24 hrs later an attorney called from Harrell and Harrell with the most rudest and hostile attitude. Their website stated the services I needed which is why I reached out to their company. When this attorney called and stated they don't offer those services anymore which sounds like false advertising. I asked why offer a contract if they no longer offered the service I needed. He responded in the most crude way possible and probably because it didn't make sense to offer a contract then contradict it the next day. All he could say is we are not gonna take your case. He said it in way as though it was meant to hurt. As though they are the only firm that could help. This firm is not professional and at least 1 of the attorneys don't know how to speak to people on a professional way. The representative I spoke with did give a pointer. When dealing with personal injury cases most attorneys like cases with insurance because its easy. And that says alot being that it came from a Harrell and Harrell representative and the attorney showed what this firm is all about. read more

Worst decision I ever made Wish I could go back in time! Not only will you settle for less than you deserve. They will take more than after they leave you hanging knowing it's to late to fix what they screwed up! Even the the Judge said she couldn't believe they just road the clock thinking they had a slam dunk! And they should have ! What they coast me was more than monetary! He didn't even want to face me afterwards I was broken and wanted answers and all I got was attitude and dropped! I recently went through cancer it was a more pleasant experience! Is this really what you want representing what maybe the most important decision you will ever make? I hope this saves someone from what happened to me! read more

After an auto accident I retained Harrell & Harrell to represent me, David Black, they were fantastic to work with. They walked me through the matter professionally and promptly to a nice conclusion. Highly recommended. Thank you all!! read more

My husband and I had a car accident. So we called Harrell and Harrell and we were assigned a person named Rose Raymond. Rose referred us to a doctor they used and we went to the doctor who treated us for several months and then said we were better. We didn't feel better but went along. We contacted Rose and told her as far as we knew we were done with treatment. Then they said they wanted us to have a needle with meds injected in our backs, I read up on the procedure and decided it wasn't something that I wanted to do so I said No. After that Rose kinda ghosted us. I would have to call then she'd call back a day or 2 later. This went on for over 2 years, every time I called there was something that was wrong and she was working furiously on getting it resolved. I finally insisted she settle and pay anything owed etc and it still took more than 8 more months before we finally got a settlement. I hear the commercials saying how wonderful Harrell and Harrell are but that was not my experience. Please take my advice run from this firm. read more

After hearing all their recent TV ads it takes me back to the time I used them. I had a win/ win slip and fall against a Major company. It took them months of back and forth with this company to get a quick settlement. They finally agreed to a Mediation with said company and their Attorney. The major company's attorney rushed in said he had other cases, he was just there because he was only one available for this date and time. He gave them a time limit to agree to a measly settlement or take it to court. As soon as this attorney mentioned COURT they caved to his pressure. They did not want to go to court like they advertised. I received a measly settlement that was even more measly when they took their cut. Harrell and Harrell sent an inexperienced attorney with a back up and caved to Big Company! Don't believe their adds. They are all paint and powder. No substance. If it were possible I would sue them for misrepresenting me. read more

Nancy Gregg, Mr. Black, and the staff at Harrell & Harrell made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Ms. Gregg was especially kind, thoughtful, and generous with her time. She took the time to answer all the questions as they came up. She was my constant contact thru the end of the process. Thank you for your commitment to me. Kelly read more

My case is supposed to be settled, however that still remains to be seen. To be fair, my attorney is not one of the Harrell's. She is an associate and as such she does represent the firm. Since hiring her she has shown herself to be very rude, unprofessional, and honestly seems to be more on the side of the opposing team. All of this has really surprised me and left me wondering what to do. Anyone dealing with this firm needs to make sure if they have to deal with one of the associates, they have a back plan already in place! read more

Incredibly rude on the phone. Finn (?) specifically copped an attitude with me and acted like I was a huge inconvenience despite him being the one to call ME. Do not trust Harrell and Harrell. Take your money elsewhere. I hear Morgan and Morgan is much better. read more

I called to seek council on a surgery that went bad. I explained the situation and was told the two year date was approaching so they wouldn't help me. I have jumped through hoop after hoop with the surgeon and physical therapy and nothing has helped! I played the game their way and now I suffer! Don't waste your time calling Harrell and Harrell, they are just ambulance chasers! read more

I hired them after I had a serious accident on my bike when a neighbor's dog chased me down the street. It's been more than 6 months and I get a call from the para today telling me they're not going to do anything because the renter of the house, who owns the dog, doesn't have any insurance. I asked her why they didn't attempt to contact the owner of the house and her replies was that they sent him a letter and they're not going to pursue him further simply because he didn't respond to the letter. We have a police report in which the tenant admits that her dog was off leash and ran after my bike. I can't believe they're not giving any effort into this case. They're not interested in helping people with personal injuries they're interested in getting money. So disappointed which is a surprise because they represented my son in a case where the police couldn't even claim it was the other person's fault and they got him money. Now I can't afford the surgery to replace my ACL and I will never walk normally again. Thanks for nothing Harrell and Harrell! read more

I just can't stand seeing this commercial stating don't settle for less! We used them years ago for a traffic accident which my late husband was hit and car totaled. After sending him to a doctor for PT unnecessarily in the end we got next to nothing and was more of a waste of time for him to go to PT! I should have written this while he was alive but I just can't stop cringing every time I see their annoying commercials. read more

I highly recommend Harrell & Harrell for your legal needs for legal situation. The lawyers that overseen my case from last year due to a car accident really helped, guided, and educated me all the way through process smoothly. I am forever grateful to there wise legal counsel during the time of medical treatment and legal guiding from them. They deserve more than 5 stars and I Thank God for them. read more

Growing up in Jacksonville I'd heard about Harrell & Harrell, but this was the first time I needed legal assistance. Holt Harrell was the most accommodating and professional experience I could've had. He walked me through everything every step of the way, and made himself available to me for any questions or concerns. He showed me that I wasn't alone in the situation and that we would continue to work for a justified resolution. I would recommend his service to anyone seeking a Personal Injury Attorney as I'm very satisfied with his work. read more

I was told that I had a very good case with witness, however after over a year they bowed out send me to another attorney, not of my choosing, and nothing happened so far. I was kept out of the loop, with both attorneys - most of the time, and had to fire both attorneys. Go some place else. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This is one of the worst experiences of my life. In a time when you need people to be on your side and help you through a horrific time, they bail on you. I was passed around to 5 lawyers in the firm, 2 of which left the firm completely. I had a very good case but it was taking a long time and was probably going to go to trial. Then one day I had a scheduled phone conference to discuss some things about my case and instead I was told they would be dropping my case. I didn't even know this was a possibility! It wasn't because my case was bad but it was that apparently they are a high volume business and just want quick outcomes for more money faster. Then they passed me off to an even worse law firm. Take the time to find someone who will care about you and what you are going through. It is not Harrell and Harrell!!! read more

Made me settle for less than deserved. You should be able to put 0 Stars. 2 years ago I got into a car accident have a permanent injury in my neck and the whole time the settlement never changes because obviously people don't want you to have what you deserve. I hate this place 21 days ago I signed the papers for my check she told me it was going to be 10 days and they would contact me about getting it and I still don't have it because every time I call she never answers and calls me back days later with another excuse read more

I called the firm to see if they could help my father about a fall he took on a property owned by a property management group which has had several complaints of others falling in the same spot. To make a long story short I contacted them and they referred me to Scott Nooney & associates, So I gave them a call and gave them pictures, numbers of witnesses, photo's and all the hospital reports with his injuries. Three weeks went by and my father passed away from other complications. I called the firm to tell them what had happened and all they could say is they were sorry. They never attempted to open a fill on him and do an investigation. I have attempted numerous calls to this firm and have not received a call back or any information whether the case could be still pursued or not. I'm not one to complain a lot but this was handled like it wasn't enough money for them to be bothered with. Don't believe everything you here on these commercials. They only care if its worth it to them. read more
