The root canal was done when the dentist started drilling on me I had to yell out stop because the nerve in the tooth was very much alive she never did any test on the two to see if I actually needed a root canal or not I'm sure it's just to make more money thing. At that point they had to give me two more shots of anesthesia to numb the tooth because the root was very much alive. After that I was given the wrong prescription. She was supposed to give me a prescription for steroids and instead gave me the wrong prescription for a very strong antibiotic for a severe infection I noticed it wasn't right . I went back into the office they said oh we're sorry we'll call in the right one they never called in the right prescription. So I never received it. Then the crown I had was nothing as if like a tooth shape on the back it was very misshapen very small and a globe type shape that I had to go back to the dentist office and have filed down and now the back of the tooth is a quarter of the size as it should be. the nightmare gets worse. They made me an occlusal guard and the dentist is the only person that can conduct that appointment and she left the office that day and had me come in and one of her dental assistants put it on my teeth I yelled out stop it's way too tight it did not fit at all and it broke the crown on my left side which was a different crown than what they did at the dentist office in chip the bonding off the back of my two front teeth that I had done last April. Absolutely unacceptable the dentist is the only one trained to be able to deliver the occlusal guard and conduct the​ appointment. The dentist after that canceled my next appointment that was supposed to be with the actual dentist which it should have been in the first place and told me just to go ahead and go somewhere else not taking any accountability that I'm going to have to spend thousands on a crown that was broken by this dentist office. They are not seeing me or they are not taking responsibility or accountability for all the negligence that happened

He is fair and honest and never does more than necessary. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, Dr. Redfearn and Rosemary make the process so much better! They thoroughly explain everything, showing true compassion combined with professionalism. Most importantly, we absolutely adore Rosemary! She makes you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door! I was perplexed by the pervious review as I have known them for decades and have never seen them use scare tactics or corner anyone, furthermore- the comment about not seeing children- they have seen me since I was a child and now have seen my own child, who absolutely adore them! If looking for a dentist who is not only caring but highly knowledgeable I highly recommend Dr. Redfearn!

As a recent client, I had an appointment for a cleaning and due to unseen events I was running just ten minutes late. They called me up to inform me that they could no longer keep this appointment due to my lateness yet they offer me an hour appointment just three hours later! Needless to say they lost a customer over their poor customer service. One other issue, when I switched dentists there was a one week gap since my last appointment (previous dentist) and I left his office knowing that I needed to fill one cavity. During my first appointment with Mantooth he tells me that I need another cleaning which I just had done two months prior and had a total of three cavities. I don't mind spending money on actual work that needs to be done but when they expect you to rely on their judgment and just have all the work performed that they say you need, they are crossing the line. It's too bad medical professionals are in it for the money and the care of the customers are the last thing that concerns them.

The office is well run and efficient, the service is way beyond what I have experienced anywhere else and the Dentist is amazing! I have to admit that I have never even considered that the shot process could be so painless! This office will have my business as long as humanly possible. All that being said, the prices aren't cheap, but they are fair and if you want cheap, I'm sure you can probably find a dentist who charges less. I just wouldn't recommend it! The staff here are first rate and the Dentist is wonderful!
