Harmony Community Church is the friendliest Church I have ever visited. The music is very energizing. The praise team consist of Volunteers that dedicate many hours to praise Jesus. As for the preaching the Paster is very biblically based. He speaks truth and is not afraid to exposes sin. The Bible does not promise us that everything will go our way. We are all sinners and all fall short of passing God's judgement. However, Jesus was the only one that lived the perfect life and he sacrificed that life, giving it freely to anyone of us who will accept, repent and submit to Him. I find it very refreshing to hear the truth no matter how bad it hurts. Thank you for having the courage to stand firm on Gods word. If you love truth this is the place for you. read more

If your looking for a great place to worship you've found the church.This church has a awesome contemporary music program with up to date songs and a praise team that is full of excitement and worship style that feels you with love of GOD.It has a staff that is dedicated to teaching your children with truth of the gospel and to teach them what GODS love is like. It has small groups where you can find that friend or group you've been looking for and a study of a special topic on GODS love and Grace.They have a family counselor, women's groups ,men's group and a older adults group.All kinds of mission groups( puppet ministry, carrying characters , young mothers) these are a few of the groups available for you to get involved with.These Christian people are loving and filled with hearts for GOD and waiting to share with anyone seeking GODS touch and love. The church is lead by pastor Terry Hendrix a man with the heart for GOD. He teaches GODS truth not mans. The music is fun but once the preaching starts, it goes down hill. I had to walk out because I couldn't take anymore hate-speech. If you think 'homosexuals are trying to convert' you and that women shouldn't work, this is the place for you. The preacher is obsessed with hating homosexuals and women, which makes me curious as to why. He spoke about how once he was going to sell gasoline to a broke-down traveller near his home, but the traveller ended up not paying so the preacher reached to get his gun and 'blow the back out of their truck.' He said the only reason he didn't was because his daughter was near. His preaching-style is to tell the congregation some historical 'facts' (I majored in history, so...) that seem to fit the story, but they really do not. This is not as harmful as the hate-speech but it is annoying and misleading. Also, like I said, he is very obsessed with hate-speech against women and LGBTQ+. But I know it's Byron and many people like that kind of thing. If that's you, go for it. You'll fit in. read more
