Brooke listened to my skin care needs, made me feel comfortable, calm, and truly relaxed. It was exactly what I needed after a long week. I was so impressed with the products she used that I asked her to recommend some products for me to use at home that she has at the spa -- AMAZING. I've been using them for about a week and my skin has never looked better. I have never been confident about my skin (I'm 30) and I can honestly say this is the best my skin has looked, it's glowing and my makeup sits on top of it so nicely. I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure by a friend as a "treat yourself" day since I just had a baby. Not realizing it only had a 6 month window before it expired, my time almost ran out and I went in on the day it expired to see if I could schedule an appointment. The woman who helped me would NOT make eye contact with me and she grumbled under her breath that i could make an appointment but it would only be worth a percentage of the original value. Um, ok. I made an appointment for the following week. After discovering I could not make the appointment, I gave it to my friend to use, explaining to her that she would have to pay a couple of bucks. Well, she went in and explained the situation and the gal said they were "non transferable." REALLY?!?!?? NO WHERE on this generic gift certificate did it state any rules. I am saddened by the rudeness and lack of professionalism this establishment displayed. They think because they are the only game in town, they can act like this?! Terrible. Don't flip people off while driving a company truck. It's bad for business. Oh well. Namaste.

At first they started occurring once a month and then increased to once a week in frequency. I went to see a neurologist who was only worried that it might be brain cancer and after an MRI rules that out, there were no answers as to why I was having such frequent migraines. My neurologists answer was to write a long list of prescriptions for me to take. I can say that seeing Dr. Brad Lester has already changed my life for the better in 4 short weeks. My headaches and migraines have all but disappeared. I'm no longer taking a long list of prescription medicines that were no longer controlling my migraines. I actually feel like I am alive again instead of just making it day by day. I highly recommend him and know that you will be treated by an ethical healer who is truly concerned with your well-being.

First of all I'd like to know why my first review was removed?…read more My original review was glowing because I know absolutely nothing negative to say about Quintessence health and wellness. My husband and I had an extremely positive experience at quintessence. We were very unsure about the whole process of my husband becoming registered for medical cannabis. However, Charli walked us through everything step by step. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly which made the process easy. This is a whole new world for us to explore in pain relief, but I can highly recommend Quintessence health and wellness center. We couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much.

They offered to give me 5 units complimentary and that was after speaking to the manager and she said she understood, she would be upset as well!!! I have gone to this spa for over 2 years now you would think they would want to make it at least half right , I had been rescheduled numerous times the day of my appointments due to no injector available and the last appointment they changed what I normally use because they didn't have anything else and now they say to me some products don't work for some people!!
