The ribs were okay but I was expecting more. My colleague decided she was not going to have a second round of ribs and didn't finish the first ones. The salad was a salad and the Mac and cheese. . . I took to back to the hotel to eat later. The server asked how things were and we told him. He told me the cut and cook on the brisket depends on who's cooking it. Never heard that before.
