He did a detailed workup (studied my MRI and other diagnostic reports, asked questions about my symptoms, and did his own tests of my movements) He thoroughly explained his conclusions, as well as how the exercises he prescribed would address my problem. He even got on the phone with a physical trainer I was seeing to advise about what sorts of movements I should and should not do. Berzisht was always patient, attentive, and willing to answer questions. He truly cares about his clients and is sensitive to their individual styles or needs. The 134th Street staff--Kariata (I hope I've spelled your name right!), Vanessa, and Brenda--were also very friendly and helpful. I felt in extremely good hands and would absolutely recommend Berzisht to anyone.

This pharmacy brings peace of mind to the community, offering short to no lines, a shorter waiting period to get prescriptions, and not only that, the pharmacy was clean, organized, and the customer service was impeccable. Greeted and taken care of immediately, in and out no delays, very quick service. People spend hours in the hospital and clinic, you should not spend hours in a pharmacy. When I went I was asked to give my insurance info. There was no signs anywhere about which insurance they accepted. So I asked the Physicians Assistant who was performing the test if the test was really free. She told me I might get a $50 bill from the lab if they didn't accept my insurance. So I told a volunteer there "I thought this was free." She said it is free, let me get the manager from the lab. "The manager from lab came and told me that I might get a bill, but not to pay it if I get a bill. I know how unpaid medical bills can affect credit so I wasn't going to do that. I said" I don't even want to get a bill". He said "If you don't want to get a bill, then you shouldn't get tested." I left. I later wrote about this incident on Facebook and Whatsapp. A volunteer from this organization convert shamed me said since I am a Jewish convert my word is no good and called me a liar and said I caused a scene there (really professional of her right). I didn't cause a scene I just said I didn't want to recieve a bill and I left. I also saw a volunteer (maybe the same volunteer) from this organization shaming other people who went to this school testing event on Twitter. This organization's workers seem to have no respect for their patients. And they seem to not be following the government's rules about FREE COVID tests. It seems like a scam to me.

As soon as you walk through the front door there doesn't seem to be much privacy for the patients. The exercise equipment and workout tables are front facing with no courtesy wall. So I have had chronic pains and injuries since 1997 due to all of these factors. I have tried exercise, not exercising, yoga, acupuncture, heating pads, ice packs, and icy hot all with temporary and limited success. After complaining of a pain, on the right side of my neck and shoulder, that hurt so bad by the end of the day it felt like someone had stabbed me with a screwdriver and left it in there, my boss gave me a session with Taylor as a present. After my first session, which consisted of an assessment and massage, I had about an 80% reduction in pain and increased motility. I never thought of my pain as chronic, because it came and went, but it absolutely was chronic and to be able to work/live without pain is amazing. Taylor is extremely knowledgable in both assessing your problem(s) and directing you towards the correct treatment and exercises. She helped me to tap into the mind/body connection and work on really concentrating on specific muscles. I had no idea that it wasn't just my shoulder that was out of whack, it was connected to the way that I stand and my foot position. I had never heard of my "I.T. band" or that it was to tight and really needed to be stretched out everyday. What and where the heck is my Rhomboid muscle? Yes, you will have home work of stretches and exercises to do ON YOUR OWN. If you are not willing to work and put in the time on your own body then this isn't the place for you. I had a backslide and got really discouraged but with Taylor's help and encouragement I was able to work through it and figure out that it is a daily practice of stretching AND paying attention to how I am standing, walking, sitting, etc. Make no mistake, Taylor expects you to do the work and she makes it easy. She tells you exactly what stretches/exercises to do and goes over them with you in your session. And her massage treatments are no joke. Just remember to breathe and you'll be fine.
