For the first time ever, rebates I submitted totaling nearly $1,100 were denied, despite following the same process I've used for years without any issues. These rebates are a major reason I've continued to do business with Menards, and having them denied is extremely concerning. What's worse is the lack of support from store management. The Assistant General Manager I spoke with was dismissive, appeared to laugh off the situation, and refused to offer any help or attempt to resolve the issue. Customer beware: if you are relying on Menards rebates, understand that they may not be honored. I will be reconsidering where I spend both my personal and business money moving forward.
