The Idli is really good and Dosa is another sought after dish. I'm not big on their vada and pongal. I have been told all the folks working behind the counter are volunteers! That explains how affordable the food is at the temple. You can also buy pre-made snacks while buying food tokens. It's a beautiful place. Floors are made of marble and the art is beautiful.

Plenty of knowledgable ritviks and talented musicians too if you go at the right times. Really rare and fortunate to have access to such an authentic place in the states.
