Yes off course there were very few nails etc that were missed that I kept finding over the next few weeks but they ran a magnet roller to collect most of the old and new ones. They worked at an unbelievable rate without sacrificing quality and did an excellent job. I got solar panels installed a few months later and the inspectors kept commenting on what a good job it was both from outside and from Inside the attic. They also had a no interest 12 month financing facility which I took advantage and paid it off on time to avoid the accrued interest before the time was up. It was good thing, because at least of it died despite us watering regularly, etc. When we called, we were informed that the sod was diseased from the vendor and they would replace. They did and all was good until the next year. Suddenly, despite us using pest/fungas/crab grass control, fertilizing and watering, we developed a wealth of weeds. In particular, a lot of crab grass. Since that time we have paid Ecoturt to aerate, fertilize and do spring clean ups. This year our lawn just died and all we can grow is weeds. I emailed Ecoturf and asked them to come out and look at the lawn. I got no response. I called twice and left messages and got no responses. Recently, I spoke with my neighbor who said that they fired Ecoturf because their lawn was getting weeds (and she had a really nice lawn). All in all, I am very dissapointed. I have likely spent about $4,000+ dollars with Ecoturf and I have a lawn full of dead grass and weeds. My suggestion would be to find a different landscaper.
