I had an extremely disappointing experience with this auto detailing company and would not…read morerecommend them. I trusted them with my BMW, and they ended up spraying an acidic wheel cleaner on my coated rims, permanently damaging the finish. They also applied a coating to my windshield that left it looking terrible and ruined the visibility. To make matters worse, I was without my vehicle for an entire week. The company acknowledged the inconvenience and told me they would not charge me for the detail because of everything that had gone wrong. Despite that promise, they still charged me $300. This whole situation ruined my Father's Day weekend and caused unnecessary stress and expense. A professional detailing shop should know how to care for coated wheels, keep its promises, and stand behind its work when mistakes happen. If you're considering this business, be cautious. My experience was damaged rims, a ruined windshield, a broken promise, and a $300 charge for poor workmanship and inconvenience.

Owner is great and Amber the manager is great. I say the wait time is totally worth it. These guys really do take pride in their work and totally worth the price and wait time. The only downside is the lobby. Given that wait times can be a bit long tables and chairs would be great additions to the space or maybe a nice sofa chair. I could have easily done some work or made phone calls while waiting for my car to be done.
