There is a big glass fronted window which is decorated with company posters and which always looks clean and business-like. There is a small entrance door which can be heavy to open and disabled customers may need assistance. Parking spaces are available at several places along the front street. These are limited in number, however, and there are only a few designated disabled spaces. There is a carpark behind the Tesco store at the marketplace or one nearby the library behind the street which are probably best for parking. The interior is sharp and clean looking with a smart business appearance to the office. There are desks in the front manned by polite, professional staff. Trained staff will then deal with whatever legal issue you have. I have had to come here after the death of a relative to sort out estate issues and found the staff to be quite efficient if a little clinical.

The shop is rather small with most of space behind the counter but it stocks a small rage of items any item not in stock often can be ordered in, this includes items like all other office equipment laminators, shredders etc- and stationery needs. A great service and useful for special request of stationery or specialist office equipment. Not the cheapest place for stationery in small amounts but ok for larger quantities. One of few places in town that can supply some specialist stationery and computer ink etc.

It is however occasionally hard to actually speak to your solicitor but this is due to the fact they are so busy which is surely a sign of them being a good solicitor!
