The Diet Coke I ordered today was a slush of basically soda water that had zero carbonation and a bad mix of the Diet Coke syrup. At one point, the staff accidentally dropped another table's food at OUR table, and after some people started eating it because we assumed it was ours, she came over yelling, "Y'all ate their food" with attitude, even though it was completely the restaurant's mistake. To make things worse, they refused to split the check for a large group, so one person had to pay while 20 people sent money through Zelle and manually calculated taxes and totals themselves. It made everything unnecessarily stressful and complicated. The food also took forever to come out, and honestly it was overpriced for food that was just okay at best. While we were still trying to figure out the bill, staff were telling us we needed to start clearing the tables. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and incredibly disappointing. I would give no stars if I could.
