This is by a longshot, the cleanest, friendliest, most well run fast food establishment in Jefferson City. They are consistently fantastic!

When i entered, i was the only customer in the restaurant-and no one else came in during the whole time i was there. Ordered the smallest hamburger on the menu with the thought it would be quicker. Paid for it. After several minutes, the nice lady who took my order called to the guy working on grilling the burger, and he told her it was broiling. After several MORE minutes, I had to leave without my food. Two other female employees couldn't be bothered to help as they were engaged in looking at a phone... Who's minding the store??? read more

I had ordered DoorDash© from this restaurant & the quality//taste//temperature//etc. was SUPERB! I wouldn't normally recommend a fast food restaurant, but this would be the exception. This was a very disgusting place, the whole dining room was dirty and the only thing worse than the condition of the restaurant and food, was the Customer service it was horrible. Called "Carl's Jr" in the west, Hardees has the best fast food burger: The Guacamole Bacon Six Dollar Burger. Sure it's no In 'N Out, or Fatburger, but it's the most consistent burger out there. I've never gotten a bad burger from Hardees. The monster burger should be taken off all menus and the recipe burned, but it's a greasy delight. The Carl's Jr in downtown LA has draft Budweiser for $5 a pitcher!!!! read more

Expect to always wait. You'll never get napkins with your drive thru order. Likewise, if you order something requiring silverware, you won't get that. Always check your order because they're consistently wrong or missing items. Overpriced, slow and poorly managed. If another Hardee's were to open in town, I have no doubt this one would be put out of business. read more

Every time drive through forgets half my order. Every single time I walk in they are extremely rude about me getting the food I paid for. First time I just thought person was having a bad day, no big deal, second time same thing, but the third and last took the cake for me. Went in, gal rolls her eyes and throws my food in a plastic bag on the counter and loudly and rudely says "you're back" and walks completely away. I'm a southern gentleman, I'm always polite, but whatever ruffled this gals fanny not just today, but what seems like every day has really got to get settled out. I love their breakfast here, almost any item on the menu is awesome (just haven't had them all). The burgers are also good and HUGE, so be hungry when you order one! The restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been friendly. They have a decently fast drive through too, which is a plus! The only reason I gave them four stars (not sure that it counts) but they are pretty expensive for "fast food". That's honestly the only reason we don't go there more. read more

Very good burgers. Hard to beat Culver's butter burgers though. The food is great. The store is very convenient being right off of the highway. One exit and your there. Only came here a couple times but both experiences were good ones. The workers are nice. The building is a little old but it's pretty clean. They have prices posted on the menu at the drive thru and they charge different prices at the window. Today 10pc Chicken Tenders is priced at $10.29 but actual price is $10.99 plus $.86 tax. When I told them about it last week they said they will get the menu fixed. Today they just asked if I wanted to order or not. I declined this time and went to Windy's across the street. Very poor customer service, employees are not trained and they go through help more than any place in town. Very poor Hardee's, give all the rest a bad name. read more
