My first choice didn't seem to be open, so I ended up here right near the freeway. I wanted something a little different, and I don't get Hardees often. Actually looked good, with plenty of chicken sandwiches with veggies. So I got the BLT ranch chicken sandwich. "Hand breaded." But it must be breaded far away, and the chicken seemed very processed. It was Okay, the bun was okay, the veggies were decent. But it was just an average sandwich. The curly fries are OK, but not as good as Arby's. Service was very good. Prices are reasonable. Not very happy we ordered breakfast and we got told that they stopped serving breakfast and I really wanted a hash brown. But no they decided to not give me what I ordered and paid for they just have me French fries instead. Um u guys should wait until all the cars go through and then start serving lunch. Hardee's - My sandwich was burnt! Very upsetting! - Burgers Near Me - Burbank, Ohio

Stopped here for some food and fuel for the road when doing some shopping at the nearby outlet mall for the holidays. I am glad to see that Hardees has a partnership with the Love travel stops because I love their burgers. As I came in after their normal dinner hours I was able to walk in and place an order right away. I am one of those special order guys because I can not eat cheese. Unfortunately my special order included cheese so I had to go back and get my sandwich remade. I did get an apology from the manager, the cashier, and the cook in the back. As a bonus my fries were also remade and I was given a couple of cookies as an apology as well. With my second sandwich and fresh fries, I was back on the road in short time. I would have given them a four if I had not driven out of their parking lot with my first sandwich. With that said I wish every fast food place accepts and and admits when they made a mistake and does what it takes to make it right. read more

Cash only tonight. I placed my order, and never received a receipt. Are they purposely requiring cash to avoid reporting sales on the night shift? They even had a sign all made up, as if this happens often. Sounds kinda shady to me. Maybe the state revenue service should look into this one. Lamo this place is crazy depressing Just left Hardeees and let me tell you the female sour puss manager/supervisor on duty @6:09pm 7/17/13 WOW! her attitude is unbelievably dragging down her team. She's tossing burgers down the shoot. No smile. No thanks yous. Our milkshake was all milk no shake...it was liquid not being dramatic. We had to fo and couldn't wait for the shaved headed guy to drop his ego, and stop slamming things around pissed. The actual only cool employee tom@ reg. Tom mistook me when I said refund and thought I had said remake, but he saw the liquid mess shaved head dude made. Manager chick was just not the person to be running the show. Obviously. Our receipt shows we were rung up correctly, but was given onion rings instead of curly fries, a hamburger box not properly closed so the burger spilled out, an empty fry carton becauss the fries all spilled out and a random chicken sandwich that was not ordered or wanted so we threw it away. This was from the manager on duty too! That's why I say wow! Before even seeing our hot mess of an order I could tell she was so pissed and felt bad for her sour puss face because she looked so angry at life. I had told her I had hoped her day gets better. Now I actually wish she just gets fired, because she embarrassed herself with that behavior and doesn't deserve sympathy since she treats people so bitterly. People younger than her, and working during that shift, displayed more work ethic than she...maybe not the shaved head dude. Again I say WOW go to McDonald's at least they started monoply game today. My husband and I stopped to get food at Hardee's. We had one of the worst experiences from this "restaurant" that we have ever had. We both require a gluten free diet due to health reasons. We saw on the menu that we could order burgers without the bun. After we ordered with Lily C (the cashier), she indicated the it would be messy (understandable). We cashed out and she asked which name to call out, which was mine. She made a sexist comment about males not putting their name on the order. Immediately after checkout, she got an order from the next customer. She stated loudly, "you're a real cowboy, you'll order a bun with your order right". We both felt uncomfortable and it was so unfortunate for this type of sexist comment. We urge people to not come here if you don't want to be subjected to this kind of scrutiny. read more

This place isn't even worthy of one star. I was traveling though Burbank and decided to stop here. This place is horrible! I tried to use a VISA gift card, the girl at the window told me my "card wouldn't work" because it was not was a Hardee's gift card....and that it said my transaction was denied. Ok it was what it was....So I paid with my bank card. I get back on the highway and start to eat my food and it was burnt to a crisp, and rock hard...and my onion rings were still cold/frozen in the middle....then I decided to call VISA and check what was wrong with my gift card, and there was a transaction for $12.27 ( not the cost of my order) processed on 7/6/2020 the same day I ate here. I only used that card 1 time to get gas at the end of June. The girl at the window charged my gift card for another persons (or her own order). Then I tried to call to complain and the receipt was junk, and hard to read. I google the number and the phone lines were busy for over 30 minutes...I will be calling coorprate on this restaurant to complain, and will never eat here again! read more

You're employees are too stupid for words! One screwed up on an order and the registered locked him out until the next shift so I couldn't purchase any food with my debit card only cash sales! It shouldn't have to cost me money to pull $ out of the atm to purchase food! When I went to talk to a manager he didn't have a solution just said get a hot dog and I really didn't want truck stop garbage!! So disgusted with the service and the insolvable register issue! I went in to get a burger against the advice of Yelp. They had a big gal & skinny guy behind the counter verbally sparing with each other. They were funny as they could be but nice with the customers. He had a burger for his lobby customer & was putting it on the trey & the big gal snatched it out of his hands & gave it to the drive in customer. The guy froze like a statute for 30 seconds as if he was in disbelief. My order was ready....they call "number 14"! I walked up to get my quarter LB burger & he said; you're 14?? I cracked up. It was the best laugh I had all day watching those two. My burger was really good considering it was only $2.79. It had a good grilled flaver & it hit the spot! I'll be back to this happy place! read more

There isn't a single good thing I can say about this place. Stopped on our way home from Columbus and was hoping for a decent burger. Customer service sucked, food was horrible, they were out of every dipping sauce for chicken and the list goes on. Very expensive for crap food. You're better off going to McDonald's! read more
