Asked for a quotation for engineered wood for two large rooms. This company had fitted the original ( now bowed) wood floor in my kitchen before I owned the house. I got a prompt visit on a Sunday. I chased for the actual quotation 7 times over the next 3 weeks until I finally received an email saying they were very busy working for a local authority and had no time to do it! . No apology for wasting my time, no indication they would not even be sending a quotation, appalling contempt of a potential customer and if this is how they perform over a quotation what would it be like to actually try to get any work completed! read more
