I have been living here for almost two years and have very few if any negative things to say about the complex. I have found management and maintenance to be incredibly responsive and helpful, specifically when there was a fire in the building due to another residents negligence. The unit was updated when we moved in with new carpet and a new fridge and dish washer when we moved in, which at least the flooring seems pretty standard from what I have seen as other units flip over. Plus is so nice being near the Boston Harbor, and offers beautiful amenities (and parking) for a reasonable price, in Boston terms. Hard to find what we have now anywhere else in the Boston area. read more

I moved to Harbor Point after ignoring the reviews I read online with my fiancé and I regret it. We stupidly signed a lease for a one bedroom apartment with hardwood floors but weren't allowed to see the unit until the day we moved in, which I agreed to thinking it was a Covid restriction, but quickly found out it was a bait and switch tactic. Upon move in, we found out we had been lied to by the leasing office and instead were given a fully carpeted unit after explaining several times why we did not want carpet. Upon complaining to management, we were told the unit was never going to have hardwood and we had to suck it up. A week after moving in we noticed mold spores growing in our bathroom wall through the paint- clearly something that had been painted over prior to us moving in. It took several attempts of calling maintenance and reporting this to management before it was rectified, at which point the mold had grown into a foot long patch. It ended up being so bad that they had to remove half of our bathroom wall to fix, which they left wide open for several days. And because there is no ventilation in the bathrooms of these buildings, the mold is bound to come back as it was also beginning to grow in our shower by the time we vacated. Over the next two years here (which we only stayed because we couldn't afford first/last/security elsewhere while wedding planning) we had countless issues with neighbors smoking in the buildings and management doing nothing about it, countless days and nights ruined by the fire alarm being set off at ungodly hours from said smoking and other issues by repeat offenders, repeated issues with the elevator and laundry in the building not working, our physical health overall declining due to the poor ventilation and carpet in the buildings, and overall negligence from the management company. We eventually decided to move out because we couldn't handle it anymore. They increased our rent from $1850 in 2021 to $1993 for 2022 to $2154 for 2023. Not including the additional pet rent they charge despite being 'pet friendly'. Upon moving out we found our apartment was listed for $2400+, so if you're reading this please use this as a cautionary tale on why you should NOT pay that. And on top of all of this, upon moving out, Harbor Point has claimed that our apartment carpet - which we were never told we were going to have - needs to be replaced so we cannot get our full security deposit back. And when trying to contact them to find out the details of this issue I was repeatedly called the wrong name, and never was given a clear answer on what was wrong. Just a blurry photo taken by a maintenance man without any effort on his behalf to clean the carpet before replacing it (which I know because the vacuum marks from me cleaning were visible in the photos) Really unsure what the pet rent is for if the $840 we gave them over the years for said rent couldn't cover the fake damage to the carpet Photos of mold and carpet upon move out for reference! read more

It's a cold day in h*ll when I feel the need to pen a second review for one company. At this point, not acting out of malice or frustration but want to save ANY one from living here if I can. A week ago, after we got a foot of snow here in Boston, we endured freezing temperatures and hence side walks freeze. The backdoor of my building has not only snapped my key but two others that I've seen and no longer closes behind you - leaving the building tenants wide open to unwanted guests- both intruders and vermin. The long story short is the only usable entrance had a single sheet of black ice - an entirely clear sheet extending from the front door to the top of the stairs - about 10 feet. As one does, I ate complete sh*t, falling on the inside of my knee and my chest. My back has been out of commission for an entire week. They have had an insurance company called me to get a statement which is the most professional thing the Corcoran Jennison has done since August. Mostly though, this place depresses me. I feel sad that the management of this building - Heidi, Annabel, Luz, Justin, Ryan - are so apathetic, depressed, and lack one ounce of pride in their work and continue to let this place run amuck. I live here at harbor point with my girlfriend and I have my car here every now and then, but every time i have to buy a parking pass which I do every single time. For some apparent reason today my car was towed and i have a parking pass on this. I am a full time student and work full time. I cannot be dealing with this goddamn idiocy from these people. The old white guy at the gate confronts me every time i come in with my car and says he is gonna get it towed. Even though i buy a pass from them every time i bring my car. I am not on the lease but my girlfriend is and I cannot acquire a parking pass because of it, so i need to buy the 5$ pass every time i come. WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING AND EVEN GETTING NEW ONES IF I HAVE TO SINCE THE DAY PASSES. SO IF I AM DOING THIS, WHY DOES MY CAR GET F-ing TOWED??? Beware.... Only 2 weeks ago a female was shot 250 ft from my windows. This was an hour after I called security and told them there was a large crowd of people drinking and partying in the parking lot. This place is not as it appears. I lived in the Harbor Point Apartment complex for a year and enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm from the Bay Area in California (the suburbs) and this was my first time living in Boston. If you're reading this and you attend UMass - these apartments are great for students! Umass has no on-campus housing and this is as close as you'll get to campus if you have to commute or walk to class. Lots of residents were students but in addition to that there were families, single adults, elderly couples, you name it - they lived here. The history of this peninsula is really interesting too. Once named Columbia Point (Google it!), this was Boston's most dangerous neighborhood. After literally bulldozing the projects that once stood here, the city if Boston planned Harbor Point to be a mixed community in terms of ethnic diversity, religion, family income, etc. The neighborhood is made up of town homes and apartment buildings and they're all on these beautiful tree-lined streets. Inside the complex there are schools, daycares, shops, a restaurant, parks, tennis courts, a gym ,etc. It's also located right on the water and a lot of units have bay views. If you consider yourself to be close minded or intolerant of different cultures and people - this is NOT the neighborhood for you. In my experience everyone was friendly and there was never a time within the neighborhood that I felt unsafe. Store owners were friendly, neighbors greeted me with smiles, and the staff at the leasing office was helpful too. I look back on my experience here fondly and can honestly say that this complex is one of the best I've lived in. The fixtures weren't out of date (nor were they state of the art) and the price and size of the apartments is affordable. -Edit- *Management reached out to me about how they can improve my experience here. I requested they take the trash and unsafe items out of the dog park. They responded with 'Some residents like the "props"'. The props are debris and waste. Management confirmed many's beliefs that once living here, management will do nothing that benefits its residents.* This is the worst place you could choose to live in the Boston area. Calling their management trash would be a relative compliment. To put it frankly, the problem is the staff. Service requests are seemingly simple suggestions to the staff which they choose to systemically cause more problems than solutions. There are 3 types of residents here: 1) majority UMass Boston students. Partying late at night bumping music every night. 2) full-time employees living paycheck to paycheck. 3) low-income housing. The only thing that this population has in common is they all are forced to significantly overpay for apartments that are literally falling apart. Let's not confused the residents with the real problem, the staff. Last summer, our buildings A/C broke in July for a week, each day that week was over 90 degrees. Rather than solving the problem, they informed the working class that to cool off they could go to the pool, which let me inform you is not open during non-work hours. This is a constant problem as for 9 months a year the building pumps out the heat. In no way should Massachusetts residents be forced to open all of the windows in February just to cool down. Dealing with service requests. We reported mold in our bathroom due to the sitting water in the ceiling, as I am allergic to mold and it was causing me to have reactions. A few weeks later they came, and simply painted over the clear mold. I still have reactions to it months later but have given up on their staff resolving any issues. The staff has its own security team, whose main job is to let residents into their units when they've been locked out. For which they charge $50 each time. When they are not doing this, they are harassing residents and visitors of color. It's absolutely despicable! They actually put a kid of color in handcuffs for simply walking down the street. So at this point, the only people who I'd advise living in this complex are UMass Boston students and people who enjoy severely overpaying for rent. We are also dog owners, for which we pay an additional $65 per month to have our dog here. Which it's nice that they allow pets because some complexes don't at all. However, other pet owners do not pick up after their pets so the grounds are literally covered by crap. Which I wish was the worst part, but they also put at every corner a CYANIDE trap, yeah not great for pets. But to make things worse, they don't even put in the effort to dispose of the killed rodents that are the cyanide traps, let alone warn pet owners that they were doing such. However, they were nice enough to put a dog park in, which is nice because they require dogs to be leashed everywhere else. Unfortunately, said dog park immediately became the staff's free disposal park almost immediately. It has never been maintained. Again dog crap all over the place, but that's to be expected here. On top of that, some of the things they hoisted in are extra seawall, that a number of dogs had experienced serious from running into. An extra fire hydrant in case the fire department needs to spray down the complex. And literal debris from storms that they refuse to pay for actual disposal. It's disgusting. This is the worst place you could ever choose to live l. I am not even going to bother trying to get them to resolve their own problems I just hope no one else has the misfortune of dealing with them. read more

If you are black or a person of color, DO NOT MOVE HERE. My only time ever being put in handcuffs and had to go to court was because of harbor point constant harassment by there racist security guards. I went through the guard gate and proceeded to my mothers house when I noticed I was being followed by security. I've been harassed by then numerous times before no reason over the 10 years I have lived there. When I parked my car they got out and ask me what I was doing here. I told them I was visiting my mother and showed them the building I was going to. They proceeded to ask me to step out the car and I asked them for what? They then started to grab my arm to yank me out and at this point I was terrified so I stepped out by myself. They placed me in handcuffs and started to run my name for warrants and it came back clear. They then told me that's since it's private property they have the right so stop any vehicle and do what they want pretty much. I swear to god I was so confused because I did not do anything to warrant being stopped and being asked to step out my vehicle besides being black. They then told me I was being charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and will be mailed a court summons. WHAT?!?!? I literally did not do a thing and the only person that was disturbing the peace was the fake wanna be police officers. When I went to court the magistrate forced me to apologize to the security officers or I would have to go in front of the judge and "it wouldn't look good for me" even though I have no criminal record . While i was at court I seen other friends i grew up with that were black there for the same phony charges these officers made up. Harbor point wants to trespass and ban all black people that grew up living in this property and the only way they can do that is harassing us and making up lies. I am glad I moved here to Harbor Point. Although the distance to job and church is challenging, Harbor Point offers better privileges compared to other places I've lived before. I feel more secure and safe to live here than all the places I have lived before, because there is a 24 hour security within Harbor Point community. Harbor Point Management quickly responds whenever we have a problem in our apartment. For instance, couple of days ago, our bath was clogged, and as soon as we reported, the management sent someone to fix it within an hour. I have a nice view of the Atlantic from the window of my room. It looks so beautiful. read more

I've lived in this apartment for two years and I was a UMASS student and honestly this place had its pros and cons which are: PRO: if you are a UMASS Boston student you're able to just walk across the street not worrying about if you're going to be late or not for class. PRO: JFK station was close. CON: there is no sense of community, especially since half of the people that live there are students. The place could have least helped with that. Pro: Didn't have to pay for water Con: the rent goes up every year which I don't understand?? Ridiculous!!! Would have stayed if it didn't go up so high, but whatever. Con: management sucks, leasing office sucks, people who generally work in that community suck, they need to get off that high horse that they're sitting on and treat people with respect. Only person I respected was the guy at the store! Con: couldn't get my security deposit because everyone in the lease didn't leave which is bullshit! Why do they have to keep my money? Only reason I left early, is for my roommates to pay me back which is stupid because the office should do that!! Con: trash shute was a mess, maintenance requests was a joke, had to wait several days to get things fixed and to be told that damages like a hole in the wall is to be fixed by paying out of pocket is crap. The location couldn't be better (for the price) and the property is well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed within an acceptable amount of time. The only issue I have is with the security staff here. The poor demeanor of security staff and gate attendants contribute to the 4/5 stars. Everything else is great. But when it comes to dealing with any of these miserable personnel, there is much to be desired. These staff members will go at any length to make you aware of their lacking concern and general dissatisfaction with life. I try to avoid them at all costs. Other than that, all good stuff. The leasing staff are friendly and personable and the price is unbeatable. Other comments about fire alarms have been an issue in the past but have recently become less frequent. They just repaved all of the roads so that shows that they are keeping up with the property. Neighbors tend to be quiet and while their are some issues with crime, lets face it folks, while it might not seem like it, this is Dorchester! read more

If you're in housing Heidi Fallon only meets with you if you are Spanish. She is highly unprofessional and refuses to meet with you and doesn't bother to give an excuse. You are treated like dirt whenever you have a meeting with Heidi. She is overly strict with policies that I feel she enjoys controlling the people in the housing part of Harbor Point. Everyone else that works for Harbor point is professional and nice but I don't think living near the beach is worth having to deal with Heidi Fallon. read more

I absolutely miss harbor point with all my hahhht. I lived there for 5 years, and my apartment was amaaazing, but expensive. You open the door into the living room which had a large sliding door that overlooked the harbor, it was one of the most amazing places I have ever lived, it makes me cry a little to think about it...like we just broke up. My rent was never raised in the 5 years I was there, but i know others who have had theirs raised. The gym was good, i lived across from it so I couldn't complain. The parking was usually plentiful and if not you can make up your own spots and not get ticketed for it..just a warning. While Harbor Point is pretty to look at, it is still dorchester, need I say more? A lot of the housing is section 8, which most people were fine, but there are always the punks who they allow to live there. They were the ungrateful people to trash the grounds every night, but every morning the hard workers always had it cleaned up 7 days a week. Why did I move? Well, I wasn't ready to leave; however, all of the buildings are infested with something. We had a mouse which was perfectly fine with me. It didnt bother me much. We never had cockroaches or other insects until my last few months someone brought bedbugs into the building. Most buildings are infested with bed bugs and theyre impossible to get rid of unless you throw everything away and move. You may never get them, but i assure you someone closeby has them so dont get upset thinking it was you that brought them (and ruined my life basically). Ok back to the apt. So i had a 2 bedroom 2 bath which cost $1700 a month (it was worth it), it was very cozy and felt like home. A/C, Heat and hot water are free, but the management was pretty bad with up keeping the AC, so it was never cold enough to cool my 6th floor apartment. The kitchen was small, but it had a dishwasher and garbage disposal which was awesome. I would live here again if i had to move. It is very convenient to the redline and number 8 and 16 bus, and convenient to major highways and stores. Plus the grounds are kept up beautifully during all seasons and the walk along the harbor is amazing. read more

I have lived in Harbor Point for almost 3 years now. The first year i have no complaints about, but over the past few years they have dramatically raised rent for people who dont get assistance from the government, they make up prices if they know they can take advantage of you, and they have recently added a $5 charge for guests to park overnight and will continue to raise it with barely any notice. The leasing office staff could care less about your concerns or questions, and will basically tell you to get lost. They do have a few tennis courts, a mediocre gym, and an outdoor pool open in the summer. No Pets Allowed:( The staff controlling the visitor booth takes so much time to check your license, the line backs up a mile down the street. The maintenence staff takes their sweet time to solve a problem you have, unless it will seriously damage their infrastructure. It is extremely convenient for people who go to Umass Boston, travel using the T, or enjoy a close proximity to the beach, and you will make great friends living in this community...but dealing with the people in management positions is an absolute nightmare. read more

I have lived in Harbor Point for one year. Out my window I can see Boston Harbor. I am an 8 minute walk to a beach and two pools are within 150 feet from my front door. I never knew such an incredible apartment complex was so close to Boston. I love to run along the water access. I have not experienced any maintenance issues regarding my apartment. Perhaps they fixed a number of issues mentioned in previous posts. I love living here. I would recommend Harbor Point for those moving to Boston. It is a 6 minute walk to the T stop. Plenty of free parking. But the value comes from the location. Money can't buy how awesome the location is. I mean I am within a 10 minute walk to a sailing club that anyone can join and you can take a boat out on the Harbor. I love it. read more

Overall, a year well spent. There are many things about Harbor Point that I will miss now that I no longer live in a gated community: - Responsive maintenance - Central Air/heat - PARKING - Equally sized bedrooms Other great things about the complex are its proximity to the T (an 8-15 minute walk to the red line depending on where you live in the complex), numerous amenities such as the gym, pool, and tennis courts, and the pleasant HarborWalk that runs alongside it. To put the icing on the cake, I received my security deposit back returned in full. The only reason my roommates and I moved out was that it got too expensive (they raised rent from 2400 to 2600 for a 3 bedroom) but if you have the cash, don't hesitate to live there. read more

I lived here during my first 2 years in Boston. I also had a townhouse and our front door opened right out to a view of Dorchester Bay. It was extremely affordable, especially since we split this 3 bedroom house amongst 4 people. It was a total bargain. The townhouse had 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen (with dishwasher and garbage disposal), dining and living room. Plus a washer and dryer hook-up right in the unit, which I will continue to miss every day I live without laundry in my apartment. :-( Free parking is all over the place, even for your guests! There is also a club house with a decent gym and an outdoor pool and some rundown tennis courts. It's about a 10 minute walk to the JFK stop on the redline and about a 12 minute ride to Park Street. You can jog around the bay, walk to the JFK library and UMass Boston, or stroll to Carson Beach or Castle Island. This is a very diverse area, ethnicity-wise as well as having a mix of families, young professionals and UMass Boston co-eds. I think that Harbor Point often gets a bad reputation, as it was once a very bad place to be-- but that was 30+ years ago and has really come a long way since then. read more

Where should I start? Harborpoint is very nice to look at. The amenities are good, the view is good, but the constant noise that comes from apartments at 2/3 in the morning is ridiculous (blasting music) I have had to contact management and security a few times about it. With both security and management being completely useless. There has been a couple shootings here, so I guess it not the safest place ever. A lot people addressed the trash situation, mice, roaches, parking, etc. The moral of it all is if you have a job and have to wake up in the morning most likely you wouldn't get any sleep here. If you don't mind seeing a mouse or roach come visit you you will love it here. If you ever have to have any work done to your car and have a rental definitely be careful might not see it the next day. The list goes on.... read more

Worst appartments I ever lived in. Staff is very rude and unhelpfull. I would give them negative ratings if possible. They just want your money by any means. Just because we are not from this country and they know we are not aware of all the legalities of this country so they are taking advantage like this.They charged us: 1. Carpet replacement fee after we moved out - We already informed them (2 months before our lease ends) about the carpet condition and asked for repair. They said don't worry about it once you will move out we will fix that and now they charged almost 1K for the carpet (I have the whole email conversation and we still accepted those charges) 2. Cleaning Fee - We heard from many people that they charge unnecessary fee so we made sure we follow the cleaning guidelines that they provided to us. We had the professional cleaning service paid them $200 for cleaning. (I have receipt and videos/pictures after cleaning) and you got it right, they did charge us $200 for cleaning. (Reason - The carpet had stains, the same carpet which they replaced and charged us $980, they are charging cleaning fee on those carpet) These management know nothing about customer service. They are only here to take your money and leave you helpless because you are not legally as powerful as they are. They literally stole our money and we can't do anything about it. I'm so tired of complaining about the trash in my building... Residents do not put trash down the chute. Management doesn't always empty the chute either. This weekend was a nightmare! I have mice because of this. I have pictures & videos dating back two years ago up until this weekend of trash & dead mice, but I'd rather not post them.i.e. very disturbing. My grand daughter and I watch as a resident filled the trash closet. It was definitely a fire hazard, which we already had. I called security and told them the residents unit # (it was on the boxes) they didn't care... I went to management with pictures with name & unit number on all the boxes and everything . I Hate living in this building. The laundry never works, it pitch black in the back of building, trash & garbage flows out to the hallway always,mice running around, and a building captain that doesn't do anything! We didn't have disability parking but thank you HP for the one space created in the back of 1 S. Point. I kept complaining I had to park so far away and some days it's not good for me because of my disabilities. . I take care of my grand daughter and I have to do what's best for her. Enough is enough! I have lived in townhouse and never had to deal with any of these problems, I was so happy. I raised my kids there with no complaints about my family at all. ... I have always been a resident in good standing. I'm so mad that this big company can't figure out these CHRONIC PROBLEMS. read more

I have lived at Harbor Point for nearly a year and I have hated it. Without a car, it is nearly impossible to get anywhere. Buses 8 and 16, the only choices, come irregularly or sometimes not at all . They do not follow any regular schedule and I've been late so often it's ridiculous. The T is 0.7 miles away, which is very difficult to get to during the winter when they don't shovel the sidewalks in this area. The management at this place is rude and incompetent. They charge you for EVERYTHING, including a fee to accept your packages and hold them for you. My biggest complaint is that for such high rent, the "central air conditioning" is turned off from Sept.15th- June 15th. It's currently the first week of June and 90degrees. It's absurd that the air conditioning is not available when you need it, especially when you are paying for it. The gym is clean and nice but it's only open till 5pm on the weekends. There are no restaurants, shops, or bars in the area to walk to. The Shaws grocery store is down by the T which is way too far to get to on foot in the winter. The fire alarms are constantly going off and I've been warned by the public safety not to walk to the T alone at night because people have been robbed recently. The only other people I knew in this complex have also moved out because it is such an inconvenient location and over priced. The apartments are a nice size, but the location is terrible and I can't wait to move in 2months. If you are new to Boston, this is NOT the place for you. read more

The apt I had was ok with a great view! Downside was the dishwashe needed to be replaced badly, but never was. Maintenance office responds promptly to any issues. The management office staff were not so friendly. I remember it took almost a month after I moved in to get a key card to get through the gate. Every time I asked the staff was rude and lacked profesionalism. Every other time I've gone to the management office, the staff attitudes did not change. If it wasn't for the location and convenience to work I would not have chosen this place if the management staff were the first ones I met. read more

I have been living here for 5 years now. I couldn't picture myself anywhere besides this location. With the amenities + affordable rent they offer ; it's all worth it ... they offer utilities included in rent + Easy access to I-93, walking distance to Carson beach, onsite pool + gym+ bootcamp, Zumba & total conditioning classes (my fav) + zip car rentals + convenient store + hair nail salon, friskies cafe, party rental hall, 24*7 public safety & maintenance + plenty parking space and the list goes on !!!!!! Currently living here and it sucks! One day the ac suddenly turned off, and I complained about it, so they told me that it's a Massachusetts law. So then I researched about the law, and it says that they are required to have heaters and must be available starting September 15-June 15. ALTHOUGH, they do have to keep the temperatures at at least 64-68 degrees. And must not exceed 78. For the past week, my apartment reached more than 78 degrees and even the weather outside is hotter than 78 degrees. This is something an open window and fans just won't suffice. IT IS SO ANNOYING. It is so hard to sleep and it is steaming!! It's just too hot! I don't know how but they should fix this! Maybe Put options for air-conditioning WHILE having heaters on, I've seen so many people complaining about this and it seems like they don't care. They must at least update their HVAC system to have both heating and cooling options. They do follow the law on heaters, but fail to follow the rest of law regarding the temperature they have to maintain. So in one way or another, they are technically NOT following the law like they're supposed to. And this can be such big trouble if more residents complain. read more

If you like false fire alarms, this is the place for you. It's currently 3:37 AM and the building fire alarm has been blaring for about 20 minutes already. It would be one thing if this was a rare occurrence but the fire alarm goes off at least once every two weeks here. In fact, it's gone off so many times that we've learned to just throw earplugs in and not bother leaving the building anymore because we know it's fake. Someday there will probably be a real fire and we'll be shit outta luck thanks to harbor point, the "boy who cried fire alarm". Once I move out of here, I'll have to relearn to trust fire alarms again...that and maintenance people who actually fix things the first time they come. Will be a welcome change from the ones here that you have to call 3 times to get anything fixed. read more

Lived here for 3 years and honestly the neighborhood is very convenient. They have everything from pool to gym and tennis court. Tom Walsh from leasing office helped me throughout my time there and he had truly been a great help. read more

The harbor point has a great view ever, which is next to the beach so you are able to walk on the harbor walk during summer. Especially, it closes to Umass boston so just 5 minutes walking. It is convincente for those who study at Umass boston, and more affordable price compared to Umass dorm if you are going to share with your friends. read more

The guy we leased from, Tom I believe, was super friendly. I loved the two story townhouse we had along the water. Everything was clean, Anabel and Heidi were always on top of it, and Maitenance responded quickly. Security always responded quickly to the annoying college kids next to us throwing parties (I had a new baby at the time). There are a lot of college kids but hopefully that subsides with the dorms going up. They eventually got kicked out. The only downside is our apartment was dated for what we paid. They are slowly updating apartments now. The pool and tennis courts were fantastic in the summer. The proximity to the beach and Harbor Walk was worth a lot. Castle Island was three miles away and the grounds were beautiful. Had we not been relocated with the military we would have continued to live there. read more

Been here for quite a while since my first day of school at Umass Boston. It has exceptional landscape viewing and great community here. I love being here during summer time because of the wide beach view and green environment. Strongly suggest this place to any fellow international student like me who going to take classes at Umass. I lived at Harbor Point for 4 years and I am happy to be leaving. The management stinks and they don't care about the residents' concerns. We had an extremely loud and annoying dog next door and it took about 5 months to finally resolve the issue. At the end, my roommate and I asked for some compensation, even $100 for the stress and were denied. I see that being a loyal resident and $51000 in rent can't even make them nice enough to help us out with a few dollars off of rent for living in terrible conditions. I will never recommend Harbor Point to anyone in the future. read more
