I am extremely dissapointed with Harbor Management, and how they handled my account. Without any notice, they increased the quartely HOA fee from $ 56 to $ 59 - A TOTAL DIFFERENCE OF $12 dollars PER YEAR!!! I was never informed of this change, neither directly nor through my bank, which handles my automatic payments. Instead of communicating or giving me an opportunity to correct the minor shortfall, they escalated the situation to a lawsuit demanding $ 3,142.62. Yes -THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO DOLLARS, and SIXTY-TWO CENTS!!!! over what amounts to a $12 dollars discrepancy. This is not just poor communication; it is an aggressive and disproportionate response that feels predatory. A Responsible management company should prioritize transparency, fairness, and reasonable resolution -not jump straight to legal action over a negligible amount. Sunset Way Apartments, in Miami Dade County the worst of the worst, managed by Harbor management Services

My aunt is at Ridgeview Gardens Condominiums in Cutler Bay. What an awful experience parking. The ENTIRE parking lot was loaded with cat vomit, duck poop, dog poop, and smelled of cat urine; and this is EVERY time I go to visit her. WHY???? I couldn't park my car in the parking lot because I would have to step out in animal vomit and poop. I parked curbside and observed this lady who probably is a tenant there feeding all the stray cats and she had loads of cat food and bags of bread crumbs that every duck known to mankind were consuming. Then someone in the parking lot was smoking weed, so the stench of animal poop, urine, and weed together was disgusting. My aunt is paying $2,300 a month and must endure that smell whenever she walks out the door? Why aren't they cleaning up and disinfecting the grounds? Harbor Management Services is raking in a crap load of money - why are the grounds so filthy and toxic? It looks more like the projects instead of a condo community. Definitely a matter to report to Miami Dade County inspectors. read more

My condo Association has had 4 different management companies in the past few years. Harbor Management charges more than double what the other three charged and gives the worst service. They write threatening violation letters referring to rules that do not even exist. To get a new laundry card you have to drive all the way down to Homestead. Our CAM is absolutely unhelpful, rude and smug. If you are looking for a new management company, look elsewhere. read more

I want to thank the Harbor Management Team for all of their help! I am an owner of a property in South Miami and I have been very impressed with their rent readies and leasing. They had my vacant unit ready and on the market in less than a week, and a tenant approved the next week. So far, I am happy with my new management company. I worked as a HQS inspector for the city of Lewiston Maine, one of the properties I inspected for section 8 housing was River Valley Village. When their inspections were due I knew my day was going to be a good day. The office staff, Brenda, Betty and EJ always were there to make my job easier. I could go into the office at any time with questions concerns or comments and one of them always addressed me immediately. They were always smiling and in great moods and very helpful. The head of maintenance, Ken, was always available to me whether it be to accompany me during an inspection or address minor concerns I found. If at anytime there were things that needed to be corrected, a work order was immediately generated and maintenance was on top of it. I believe deeply in work ethics and honesty, you will not find a better group of people with the same ethics and honesty. Regarding the apartments and grounds, they are very well maintained and clean. The maintenance staff can be seen diligently working outside in all different weather making sure the grounds are kept up, lawns are mowed and even in the winter all parking lots, sidewalks and entrances are kept clear of hazards.
