They responded quickly and were on time on the scheduled date (January 12). There are two things that earned them the lower rating: -After the work was done. I noticed a broken tile on the front of the house, to which the employee responded that it was like that and pulled out a "pre-inspection" form for me to sign that shows six broken tiles. It's very convenient to present that after the work is done for them. I don't doubt that there was a couple of broken tiles, but the one on the front was not broken. -After the work was done, he informed me that I need to water my plants for 20 minutes a day for the next 6 weeks, or they will die. If i had known this before hand, i would have looked for other options. Overall they cleaned the areas they were supposed to. But i think the additional cost that I will incur to fix the broken tiles and the communication at the end rather than up front, earns them the poor rating.

They flat out kept my deposit, now I am trying to get something resolved with the Better Business Bureau.
