Even more concerning, homeowners' vehicles are being towed on a nightly basis. This level of enforcement is excessive, unfair, and completely out of proportion to the needs of our community. These policies are not improving our quality of life--they are making residents feel harassed and unwelcome in the very community where they own their homes. We are asking for reasonable parking rules, fair enforcement, and basic consideration for the people who actually live here.

I noticed a broken tile on the front of the house, to which the employee responded that it was like that and pulled out a "pre-inspection" form for me to sign that shows six broken tiles. It's very convenient to present that after the work is done for them. I don't doubt that there was a couple of broken tiles, but the one on the front was not broken. -After the work was done, he informed me that I need to water my plants for 20 minutes a day for the next 6 weeks, or they will die. If i had known this before hand, i would have looked for other options. Overall they cleaned the areas they were supposed to. But i think the additional cost that I will incur to fix the broken tiles and the communication at the end rather than up front, earns them the poor rating.
