On opening the bags the food was stone cold and the frozen drinks melted. I have spent all evening on uber eats customer service. They refuse a refund despite it being inedible. They say it was delivered "in a reasonable time". They will not quantify "reasonable time". The consumer rights act 2015 says you are entitled to a refund if the food is stone cold (it was) or significantly different from advertised (melted drinks are the opposite of frozen). I have now complained to Mcdonalds as well. I await their reaponse. Biggest issue is uber manages the customer service of this part of Mcdonalds.... and uber does not offer customer service!

Top quality pizzas and quite original toppings - try the kebab pizza, it's better than a big greasy kebab! They're quite a rarity in that they stick to the time they say for delivery.
